The Sheeley House is an amazing property full of charming details and comfortable spaces. My group was able to spread out and enjoy our own space while coming together to enjoy each other's company. Everything was clean and perfect. We will be back!

We had a large group for a birthday and new years celebration and the house was absolutely perfect for it. It's spacious with plenty of room for a big group to spread out. All of the rooms were clean and the house is so charming. We loved it and it had everything we needed!

The house is beautiful, spacious, and has everything you need. We loved staying here. It was super quiet (even with 8 people) and near a bunch of towns. The host, Rob, is super helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

Rob was so incredibly helpful to us in planning our stay, and was readily available to answer the few questions we had during the course of our visit. Sheeley house is lovely--quiet, a beautiful building, comfortable beds and perfectly clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is professional calibre--impeccably equipped. The location is great: very close to hiking trails and good restaurants in High Falls and Kingston. We had a great stay, and look forward to returning in the future.

Where to begin, the location and stay was only a small part of everything that Rob and the Sheeley House did for us, but it was absolutely incredible! Our guests were raving and loved the location! From the peaceful back porch and quaint rooms, to the spacious outdoor area with trees, a fire pit, and the cottage next door, the whole place was an incredible vibe and was perfect for our special weekend away! Rob provided everything we needed for all our guests including a high chair and pack and play for our nephew. We lacked nothing! I can't recommend this place enough and we will certainly be back!

Every year our family gets together for a "cousins' weekend" and this year we chose The Sheeley House in High Falls NY. We had a wonderful time. The house, built in 1827, has tons of character and is well maintained and managed by the owner. We found that the large dining room with the grand piano was the perfect place for the ten of us to hang out and catch up. And there are many things to see and do in the area. Highly recommend it!

This property has 6 lovely bedrooms, 4 and a half baths, a large dining room, and plenty of livingroom space...just perfect for 11 of us to enjoy our annual "girl's weekend"! We cooked and caught up in this beautiful historic home. It was meticulously clean. We spent the day in the quaint town of New Paltz where there were cute shops and restaurants.
We had a great stay.

Property is exactly as listed and large enough for our extended family to spend quality time together in this beautiful, classic old home. Rob and Meg could not have been more welcoming and accommodating, with personal greeting, and handling any issue immediately and successfully. Highly recommended.
