The breathtaking beach views from the property exceeded all expectations! The private and quiet beach added an extra layer of serenity to our stay. Javier's hospitality and assistance were exceptional, enhancing our overall experience. Rosario's culinary skills were truly remarkable, providing us with delicious meals that contributed to a relaxing and comfortable retreat. Without a doubt, we'll be returning for another stay on our next visit to Mexico. Highly recommend!

Came for a family trip. The two house provided enough space for us with room to spare. I overpacked kitchen/laundry/toilet paper/water and didn’t need to. Javier came at least every other day to check on my family and I. Provide what we need. Great communication and response time was within 5-10 minutes if a problem arose. Great hosts, great property and the views were spectacular

It was a group of family and friends ages ranging 65 to 23. The “kids“ had a fun house with the foosball and air hockey and the “adults“ had the house with the dishwasher. All 16 of us ended up on the adult patio hunkered around a big table playing games all night. The house was clean, There were beach towels provided, and plenty of kitchen amenities. We only wish that the huge, combining patio had more shade because we enjoyed being with each other so much on the “adult” patio, but was tight for all of us. Not a complaint at all, though, glad the “kids” wanted to be with us. When the tide was out(and it goes out far) we enjoyed the games we brought with: spike ball and corn hole on the smooth beach.

We had 3 families with a total of 6 adults and 13 children. There was ample room for everyone and the amenities were fantastic. We have stayed in Rocky Point probably 25 times over the past 13 yrs and this was by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. Javier, the property manager, was incredible to work with and made sure we had everything we needed to have an enjoyable experience. If there is one thing my wife and I hate about staying in RP, it's that the beds are SOOOO uncomfortable, but this place had amazingly comfortable beds throughout the entire property. We also absolutely loved all of the patio furniture everywhere! We look forward to staying here for many years to come!

This was perfect for the group stay! We will be back, and we will call this home again. Javier rocks, and we used Rosa, his wife to cook our Sunday meal. It was fabulous 👌 not enough time spent, we must come again! Thank you for priceless memories ❤️

The owner of the property responds to your messages quickly as I had several questions to prepare for our event. My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary with an intimate ceremony on the beach directly in front of the home. The beach had soft sand the water was beautiful and blue. The home is absolutely beautiful and was spacious to accommodate 20 of our family members. We held a small dinner and reception on the patio in between the two homes and in the evenins usedthe fireplace on the outside patio. Our kids had so much fun playing pickle ball daily. The house has everything you need, beach towels and completely stocked kitchens in both houses. So convenient. We took advantage of hiring Rosario to make us breakfast and dinner daily, her food is absolutely delicious, she is so friendly and accommodating. She even catered our vow renewal dinner. We also utilized her husband the house caretaker to purchase a few items for us at the local store. You will not be disappointed, we had an amazing time and made great memories in this home away from home. Thank you

this property is everything is says perfect location fits a larger group well - 4 couples and a pack of kids or 6 couples with some kids (if you dont mind sleeping on single beds) house is stocked with everything you could need we never had to leave the property - unless we choose to - thanks for everything Javiar and Rosario are amazing! Our family (4-5 families including teenage and preteen kids) has rented large homes in Rocky Point for the last 16 years and this is, by far, the best property we’ve ever had the privilege to stay in. Having the smaller house was perfect for the kids’ hangout. Both houses were spotless and well appointed. We loved having the pickleball court available for our nightly “tournaments”. The grill and Blackstone worked perfectly and were a huge help in making meals for 20 of us. Javier, the property manager, was responsive and so helpful. He met us to check in and show us where everything was stored. Knowing that he was only a phone call away was comforting. I’m not sure we’ll ever want to stay anywhere else. Thank you for a comfortable, clean, beautiful home during our stay.

This spacious, beautiful house was perfect for our large group of 18 adults and teenagers. The house was very well maintained and equipped . The kitchen had a full supply of cooking utensils and spices. It was a treat to have a dishwasher and garbage disposal. This brand of dishwasher does require a unique method of starting. You might like to ask for instructions before arriving. There were ample patio areas for everyone . There were quite a few steps to the beach, but the beach below was beautiful. There was plenty of parking for our six cars . Javier, the property manager was there immediately when we had questions or minor problems. We have stayed here before and will continue to do so in the future..

What an amazing experience. From start to finish it was perfection. The house was spotless. The location is perfectly secluded. Our family loved having two houses with a shared balcony. One house was able to be a little louder vs the quieter more relaxing house. The shower leading up to the house is a great addition (more places need this), it lets you not bring sand back up to the houses. We loved the pickle-ball court that was able to be lit at night. The chefs food is amazing, we highly recommend taking advantage of that service, the food was amazing and she had it ready right on time for everyone. I truly cant say enough amazing things about the compound. We cant wait to come back.

The place was awesome. Right on the beach. Water was warm. House had all amenities. Air conditioning was cold. Javier made sure we had enough drinking water daily. Rosario’s cooking was fantastic. I highly recommend you use her. Plenty of room for the 20 plus people we had. And plenty of bathrooms, too.

The 2 houses were perfect for our group of 16. Plenty of room and loved the bar. The beach was great! You just have to time it when the tide is just right. Rosario prepared the most delicious meals for a great price, highly recommend her for a your catering needs.

What a great space for a family vacation! We had our family of five (teens and littler ones), my brothers family of four and Gramma and Poppi…we still had room for another family! Plenty of space, especially on the expansive patio where a yo yo tournament took place. Great big living room for hanging out and playing games. We had an 6 man poker game going while the others sat around the fire pit. The beach was right down the steps, with plenty of room for a wiffle ball game when the tide was out. We will be back!

The best times in Las Conchas. Everything was HUGE, perfect, easy, and so much fun. This property has everything, close but private beach, and every amenity you could imagine for a perfect vaca in Mexico.

We have been going to Rocky Point for 35 years and have rented many properties in Las Conchas. This compound is our favorite, followed closely by Casa Nirvana and El Fin del Mundo. The Russell Coumpound is laid out so nicely, is on the best part of the beach (all sand until tide is about 250nyards out!), and has great parking (7 vehicles with room for 5 more! ). Kaylee is great, very responsive and truly wanted us to just have a great time. Javier, the property facilities manager, is very positive and helpful. The patio furniture is high quality and brand new. We will be staying there again, and again after that! Ric B. Gilbert AZ

Very Family friendly property. We had a large multi generational group for 5 days and there were no complaints. Everything was well stocked and anything we forgot they provided. Great place to stay for a private vacation with our family. We will be back as soon as possible!

Plenty of space for everyone. Massive porch around and through both houses, and a full size pickle ball court! Many spices, oils, cutlery, even ziplocks and tin foil. Definitely don't need to pack many supplies, just lots of food! Amazing place for a multiple family vacation! Great memory maker!!

The houses were amazing! Very clean and updated. Everything worked great. The beds were SO comfortable. The houses were both fully stocked, plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. It was perfect except my 18 year old was stung by a stingray. 😔 Other than that it was first class! We will be booking here again when we have a large party.

We had an amazing time for my 40th birthday! We had 12 people total include kids and friends. The house is amazing and is so spacious. We had Rosario and Javier provide most of our meals. Rosario is a great cook. We had Peter bring Kayak's and arrange Pina Coladas to be delivered. We had massages on the patio every night. Anything you want you can have brought to the house. We spent many hours hanging out on the HUGE patio, listening to music, enjoying drinks and great company. It's amazing how far out the tide moves during the day. Lots of cool things to discover on the beach at low tide, and lots of fun playing in the water at high tide! Kaylee was very responsive to all of our needs. We will definitly be back in the future.

We spent a fabulous long weekend of sand, surf, celebration and a few shenanigans at this beautiful location! Communication from start to finish ~ even when we forgot one of our gifts and had to return a day later was great! The houses are even better than what the pictures show and with 18 of us there, there was plenty of room and so well stocked that we ran out of nothing. There are patios, fireplaces, kitchens/bar everywhere, making it the perfect venue for our vow renewal and birthday celebration. Even though the compound is tucked between two other homes, the beach is very private and you get the sense of being at your own secluded resort! We are trying to come up with another event so that we can rent it again!!
