The entry living and newly remodeled kitchen greet our guests as they step in, complete with a gorgeous kitchen island. The home also offers a shuffleboard table, offering hours of good fun with the kitchen nearby to grab your beverages. Great for kids! The family room offers comfortable lounge seating and is steps away from lanai access and the dining, perfect for hosting. New vinyl flooring throughout the living areas and bedrooms, and recently remodeled bathrooms as well. The spacious master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The screened-in lanai with heated pool, covered pool area with heated pool and covered dining and lounge chairs are perfect for a relaxing day with a book, with the kids, or simply to soak up the sun. A booster seat, car seat, pack and play, high chair and an umbrella stroller available for the families traveling with a little one.
WIFI included. Cable & streaming in the living & master bedroom, streaming in the guest bedrooms. Propane (BBQ) grill. Beach chairs & umbrella available. One parking spot available in the garage.

This home is located in Spanish Wells Golf and Country Club, an upscale, luxurious gated community with a 24/7 gate guard. Nestled in beautiful Bonita Springs and close to shopping, dining and some of the most sought after beaches in the world. Spanish Wells Golf and Country Club offers golf pay per play options on a championship 27 holes golf course. Close to plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment including Coconut Point, Miromar Outlets, and Waterside shops. The white sand beaches & the Gulf of Mexico at Bonita Springs, Florida are just 2.5 miles away, just head west on Bonita Beach Rd!

* 30 day minimum stay. February - March Bookings: Single and two month bookings are only allowed if the previous month of the property you are reserving has been rented. First season booking needs to start on or before January 1.
* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are due 30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.
* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees are: $150 application fee per person
* One small dog can be allowed with owner approval and pet policy: Complete the on-line pet screening at , $200 non-refundable pet fee.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
