Staying at this beautiful location, in such a nice cottage was a treat for my son and I. It gave us the perfect time to relax, recharge, and see the sites surrounding Dripping Springs. Thank you

Very clean. Great location to visit various Hill Country spots.

The house was great, location was awesome. Check in was seamless.
The smoke detector started chirping the first night we were there. My son was able to take it down (he did put it back before we left). A broom and dustpan would have been nice to have available.
I would stay in this house again and recommend it to family and friends.

Nice little spot. We needed a place to stay for a wedding and this cute little spot was perfect for a short stay!

We stayed with our 2 dogs and the location worked perfectly for wedding venue touring. Love the fenced yard and extra room in sideyard for playing. Cottage is quaint, cute, and quiet. Keurig with k cups and toiletries were provided.

Came down to DS for wedding. Home is adorable and perfect location to all of our events. No issues. Only complaint is place could use a deep cleaning. Floors and sofa are filthy!!

Our stay in the beautiful hill country was relaxing and enjoyable. The property was just as described, and in a beautiful, quiet setting. We brought along our corgi puppy and the fenced in backyard was ideal! The great location was perfect for what we had planned in dripping springs. We would stay here again!

Property was nice. Nice area. Quiet

Delightful location! Very convenient to downtown Dripping Springs, but still felt a little isolated. The Cottage was the perfect size for just me and my dogs and was teeming with character. The fenced back yard was convenient, especially with the rain. The only negatives at all were the windows mentioned in previous posts that weren’t covered, and a lot of dust and debris under the beds & sofa. The window to the front door allowed anyone staying at the main house to look straight in to the living room. There were guests at the main house the 2nd night, so I had to cover it with a towel.
I would love to return sometime when it’s not raining!

This property is just as it appears in the photos. It is super cute and a fun place to stay. The location was a little busier than we expected but conveniently located.
Dealing with the property manager was not a good experience. First of all- I wanted to cancel one night within the cancellation period but she refused to refund me any money. Second - I asked specifically about a full sized coffee machine - as we were going to have a house full. She told me that one was available but when we arrived there was not one. When I asked her about it - she argued with me and then just stopped responding. There were no Kcups for the Keurig that was provided. Everything was very limited in the house as far as basic necessities- trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels. Just the bare minimum. Very disappointing.

Perfect little spot! We were in town for a wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased with all!

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint cottage while more of our family stayed in the big house. Great area, delicious food nearby, and interesting property.

We were looking for a short stay in a new town to us. We found dust bunnies and pet hair. There were washer dryer connections but no appliances as advertised. Keurig coffee maker was present but no coffee or condiments that we have gotten used to at rentals such as this. Overall the location is great and quiet and everything did work. Very nice appliances.

The house could have been wonderful. However, the floors had not been swept and the dust and dirt was just awful, including an empty bottle under the bed! There was no washer/dryer as listed. And the cute new stove did not work. I contacted the number we were given and they sent someone over, but he was not an appliance repairman. I asked for him to bring a broom so we could at least sweep, but he didn’t bring one. (There were no cleaning supplies or any way to clean - not even a towel to dry dishes.) On Monday they offered to send a stove repairman, but we didn’t want someone there while we were gone, and we had to leave for meals, so we declined (we were checking out the next morning). My husband is not well and we wanted a restful weekend. We planned to eat breakfast and lunch in, but couldn’t because of the stove. I sent photos and videos showing the stove wouldn’t stay on. No refund was offered but I asked and was offered $50 back (does not even cover the cost of our meals) but we’ve not received it yet. Just such a disappointment overall.

I locked myself out....twice. Owner helped me out quickly (and once it was very late). Property has everything needed for a short stay. I wish coffee/creamer was provided. We had to buy our own (: House needs blinds or curtains (yellow) in 1 of the bedrooms and the living area (you could see the neighbors and vice versa). Maybe curtains over the back door window too....the sun is brutal if you are sitting on the couch. Owners are great to communicate with. Will be staying here again next year. But hoping these minor changes can be done. And, the bathtub is wonderful....not recommended for older people who have trouble getting in/out of the tub. Extra shampoo/conditioner/toilet tissue would be a plus.

The house was perfect and so clean. Will definitely rebook for next year.

Visited family and this was a great place!

Nice property. Totally would stay again. Only suggestion would be a curtain or blind on one of the bedrooms doors to outside. I just closed a towel on it to keep people from looking in or morning light showing too soon. But still a lovely place.

Great value for the price. The cottage is close to everything we needed and looked to be newly renovated. Just my style.
