Where the Harbor meets the Ocean boardwalk, this 3+2 vertical home is steps to the sand may be your new favorite beach home. The roof deck has 360-degree views of Silverstrand and the Marina and gives magnificent Channel Island Harbor views. In addition, you have outdoor dining and a fire pit! A kayaks in the garage with wheels so you can launch it across the street at Hobie Beach. You also have a washer and dryer. And of course, we are dog-friendly too!

BEDROOMS
The ground floor has a comfy queen-sized bedroom with an Ashley Chime Hybrid mattress plus a large closet and shuttered windows.

The upper floor has a king-sized bedroom with a Ashley Chime mattress, a dresser, a walk-in closet, second closet and a balcony facing the center of Silver Strand.

The upper queen bedroom has a sliding door closet and shuttered windows.

BATHROOMS
The ground floor has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

The upper floor has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo that is off the hallway and also has towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.

KITCHEN
The galley-style kitchen has a 2022 refrigerator with filters water and ice in the door, a gas range, a microwave, and a dishwasher. It also has a bar eating area. Plenty of amenities such as a spice rack, knife block and coffee station with Keurig and pods.



LIVING ROOM
The living room is open-concept and has a sectional with two accent chairs and a coffee table. There is a gas fireplace and a dining area. A 50" smart TV is mounted on the wall.

DINING AREA
There is a table with seating for 6 as well as bar seating.



ROOF DECK
The crowning glory to this clean and cool beach house is the roof deck with 360 views of the ocean Silver Strand, and the Channel Islands Harbor. Outdoor dining/lounge furniture and a gas fire pit table make it the perfect place to hang out and watch the boats and the stars with a glass of wine.

GARAGE
A two car garage with driveway parking as well are a premium in this neighborhood. We often hosts weekly work groups because they can easily park their cars.

LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are located in the garage with clothes detergent.

BEACH TOYS
We provide a wagon full of beach chairs, an umbrella and anything we can find to include! A kayak with wheels may be available if you put in a request early.

Silver Strand is a cool beachy community in the middle of the Channel Islands Marina and you will never lack for things to do. Aside from what we provide, you can take a short 5 minute drive across the bridge to the Watercraft rentals area. There you can rent paddle boards, a jet ski, book a tour to Anacapa island, or whale watching during the migration season.

You also have easy access to the Ventura 101 freeway, so day trips to Santa Barbara, Magic Mountain, or Los Angeles are easy. Take the coast for a 30 minute drive to Malibu.

High-speed Spectrum internet makes it a fantastic place to have a work-action.

The beach is a 3/4 mile-long stretch of paradise, perfect for a peaceful walk or a fun-filled day with friends. The waves are great for surfers of all skill levels, and the north end of the beach is the perfect spot to catch the weekend crowd. And take advantage of the massive farmers market on weekends, offering abundant fresh local produce.
