Set over 2 levels with every comfort available including air conditioning in the living area and every bedroom, three bedrooms and three bathrooms and your own private plunge pool, unlimited Wi-Fi plus all resort facilities – all this and only a quick five-minute walk to Salamander Bay shopping centre.
Downstairs features the open plan living/ dining area with a split system air conditioner, Smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi, this area opens out onto the undercover entertainment area with your own private plunge pool.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful stone benchtops, complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop, oven and microwave, there is also the convenience of a dishwasher and a large family size fridge/ freezer. Downstairs also has the third bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity and the internal laundry is located in the single garage and provides a front loader washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs you will find three generous size bedrooms all with split system air conditioners, the main bedroom also has an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and access to a private balcony – all bedrooms have linen provided and bed making.
The main bathroom is also upstairs and features the luxury of a large corner spa bath, shower, toilet, and vanity.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
