The apartment is located on the first floor of a prestigious condominium with an elevator. The open plan living area is furnished with a dining table, a double sofa bed, a cabinet with TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a juicer, a microwave and a toaster. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet, a dresser and a TV. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
