Discover the ultimate beach front retreat at Lagoon on the Sea, where comfort meets the ocean in this cozy two bedroom, two bath condominium. This admirable home offers unparalleled views, popular amenities, and the perfect setting for an unforgettable beach getaway! The condo is located on the second floor. SCC permit# 161322. As you enter the home, you will be greeted by the dining area which flows into the living room. A full, well stocked kitchen is to the right of the front door, with electric stove/oven combo, dishwasher, counter top microwave and full refrigerator. The living room has a sectional sofa, lazy boy chair, access to balcony deck with seating and Weber BBQ. Dine on the balcony and relish in the beauty of Corcoran Lagoon Beach! Down the hallway, you will find both bedrooms, each facing the ocean. Go to sleep or wake up to the soothing sounds of the crashing waves. Two twin roll away beds are located in the closet of the second bedroom. This condo has gated parking for 1 car and 1 guest parking. Beach access from the gate or stroll out the parking area turning left to the beach on 21st Ave. Full size washer/dryer in the hallway guest bathroom. Close to Hwy 1 for a short drive to the Famous Beach Boardwalk, Capitola Village for a day of shopping, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Gizdich Farm for Berry picking, or Kayaking in Moss Landing. Come and enjoy a pleasant break from the stress of a busy life!

Currently construction is taking place Monday-Friday in the parking lot. Right side of parking is open and is on a first come first serve bases. Parking is also available on the street.
