We stayed 6 nights in this roomy, updated condo that needed attention. Some of the issues were mentioned in prior reviews, but I had foolishly assumed they had been taken care of by now.
• If you are arriving after dark, be aware that the brass numbers ABOVE the garage door are very hard to see. They blend in to the dark brown background of the paint that frames the white door. We had driven for 10 hours, arriving at midnight, so this was a frustrating obstacle to our tired brains, and there was no additional parking left.
• TV does turn on and off, but despite changing remote batteries and eventually calling the property management for help, we never could stream or watch anything in the living room or bedroom. The wifi was great, so if you had a laptop, we did find an extra HDMI cord that could have worked to stream via computer since you don’t need a remote or access to the TV settings for that.
•The dishwasher (still) had standing water in the bottom, we never could get it to drain, and so did all dishes by hand.
• Bring your own ice because the water and ice dispensers in the fridge don’t work.
• The balcony has a beautiful view but, no patio furniture to sit on. We bought some cheap camp chairs when we went for groceries and left them for the next guests.
There were a few other minor things (tennis courts closed, bad lighting in master bath, mostly empty bath soap bottle) but otherwise comfortable.

My kids didn’t want to come back home! The condo was very comfortable, and felt more spacious than it seemed from the photos. The kitchen was well-supplied, so we were able to cook all our meals easily. Nice, quiet location—my morning and evening walks were perfect! A cute park adjacent to the property was an added bonus. The condo was immaculate when we arrived, and we appreciated the option for a late check-out!

This property was perfect for my family. The kitchen was well-stocked. There was so much space available for storing our things—multiple closets, drawers, and even space in the garage (if we had needed it).
The place was ready ahead of our check-in time, and we were able to add on an option for a late check-out.

We visited Lake Tahoe during the July 4th weekend, so the area was packed with people, but this spot in Olympic Valley was lovely and quiet. I was able to go for walks daily, and there was a park adjacent to the condo that my kids loved.
Overall, perfection, and we would stay here again!

Great location for Olympic Valley and Tahoe activities.

The house is super nice no complaints. Now the amenities like the pool or tennis court was closed. Also the wifi was down our second day stay.

Nice condo good location. Management wouldn’t grant us early check in even though we really could have used it and nobody had rented for days earlier. 4pm is really late to check in and 10am is way too early. There is no cable and fire stick didn’t work, so no tv for kids. Pools hot tubs closed, and dishwasher needs repair.

One draw back was when the heater was on, it is loud and noisy, the condo is a bit older, but well maintained

Super cozy spot in a beautiful location that was a short drive to the shores of Lake Tahoe and Truckee. Beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking. We were traveling for a while so having laundry on site was a nice addition. For a one story condo, it still felt very spacious. Would stay again!

nice place just as described, only issue we had was how to get the tv to work but once we figured out that casting from our other devices worked we were set.
4.3
Very clean condo with plenty of room for 4-6 people. If you’re looking for a central location between the lake and Truckee this is good spot as it’s a block off highway 89.
As of July 2023 they are doing renovation on the complex so it was a bit noisy in the morning (weekday not weekend).

We enjoyed our stay at the Condo in Olympic we loved how close it was to the river and the lake. The bike trail or a walk all along the river was walking distance from condo we loved that. All what was needed was on the condo and it was clean. It was very close to main rd. Didn’t hear any dogs or disturbances from neighbors it was quite and peaceful. I would book or recommend this place. If you go in winter the same rd takes you to the lifters. Awesome location.
