We are conveniently located just 30 miles west of Dothan, 15 miles southwest of Ozark, and 35 miles south of Troy. If you're in the mood for a beach getaway, the sunny shores of Panama City are only a short 2-hour drive away. Additionally, we take pride in being less than a 10-minute drive from Fort Novosel, the esteemed home of U.S. Army's Aviation Center.

Education is also easily accessible, with Holly Hill Elementary, Dauphin Junior High, and Enterprise High School all in close proximity.

You have the option to park in the driveway or the attached parking garage. The garage can accommodate 2 vehicles, while the driveway can fit up to 4 vehicles, with a maximum capacity of 6 vehicles. It's important to note that STREET PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED in the neighborhood. Any vehicles parked on the street will be towed by the city at the owner's expense.

To avoid any issues, please ensure that you park properly in the driveway and do not drive over grass. Vehicles parked in the grass, blocking the public sidewalk at the entrance of the driveway, or parked on the street are subjected to fines and/or towing at the owner's expense.

Please note that during peak times and with same-day reservations, we may be unable to accommodate your request, although we will make every effort to assist you. It's important to understand that an early check-in can be guaranteed by booking the night prior.

This property is everything you see in the photos…gorgeous, clean, plenty of room and amenities. Highly recommend you visit whether for a family get away, a wedding or visiting a loved one at Fort Novosel. It was very easy to communicate with the host as there were very timely responses. Honestly cannot say enough good things about this place!

Traveling with elderly parents and adult kids. No stairs! Kitchen well stocked on appliances and dishes. Plenty of space! Highly recommend!

If you are coming to Enterprise for graduation or family day at Fort Novosel, I highly recommend this property. It is a spacious home with lots of common areas and a well cared for backyard. There was nothing not to like about this house. The beds were comfortable, it was thoroughly clean, and it had just about every necessity for a short stay. If you're traveling with a pet, the backyard is fenced and quite large. They even have toys and supplies for your furry friends. The Infinity Game Table was a huge hit. Everybody got a turn and they had something for all ages. Ivan was an excellent host with clear instructions and fast communication. If I ever have to come back to Enterprise, I would absolutely stay here again.

The home was impressive. The host "Ivan" was very communicative and friendly! They literally thought of all the small touches to make it feel like a home away from home with the toiletries and the baby equipment. Myself and my guests were extremely impressed with the home! Book them!

We traveled to the area for a volleyball tournament. This house had everything we needed and more. Excellent location and room for everyone in our group. This home is welcoming and we loved all the little touches to make our stay more comfortable. You can tell the host truly cares about their guests and their families. If you are traveling with small children you’ll LOVE this home. Although our kids are older, we still appreciated the fact how thoughtful they were to those traveling with small children. They have almost everything you can possibly need for a baby (high chair, baby tub, pack n play and more). We will most definitely book again if we ever travel back to the area for future tournaments! Thanks again for allowing us to book!
