The best of what KC has to offer-in a newly renovated home located in one of the most coveted residential neighborhood. Just a few walks away to best restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store and a few miles from the interstate and downtown, yet situated in a quiet, spacious, and safe alcove. All newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances, granite countertop and finished with quality furnishings.

This home features not one BUT two living spaces! This is where you will be creating unforgettable memories with your loved ones. Both living rooms lead to the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. An abundance of natural light accents the tastefully picked furniture and décor to create a warm ambiance and a homey feeling.
★ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS ★
Four bedrooms can be found in this cozy home. They are all located on the second level of the home. All provide you with the high-level comfort and convenience needed to relax and rest after an exciting day of exploring the natural beauties of KC.

Located a few minutes away from I-35 & a 15-min drive to all KC has to offer, including the Country Club Plaza, the T-Mobile Center, the River Market, & the Power and Light District. 30 minutes to Truman Sports Complex.
Guest Access:
The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.
The Neighborhood:
Located in one of the most coveted residential neighborhood in Kansas City. Just a few walks away to best restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store and a few miles from the interstate and downtown, yet situated in a quiet, spacious, and safe alcove.
Getting Around:
Our neighborhood is very walkable. A car is recommended to get to some KC attractions. Access to the highway is easy. Uber and Lyft are also very great options and easily available.
Other Things to Note:
House Rules. No Smoking Inside. Be kind to the neighbors. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or UNREGISTERED GUESTS.
Any violation of the house rules are subject for eviction and $1000 fine.
Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.
There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and homes around you.
Disclaimer- We have one EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unauthorized Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.
PETS- This property welcomes well-behaved pets and their responsible owners.
There is a pet fee per stay. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet.
The yard is fully fenced and the neighborhood is great for walks. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets.
Evidence of excessive pet waste or damage is subject to a fine.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.

We rented this as a place to for our family when they came to KC for our wedding.
When we went to leave groceries for our adult kids we were greeted upon arrival with a dilapidated looking home. Landscaping was a mess- a totally dead bush among voluntary trees and half dead bushes. There were dead limbs down in the backyard - later the children tried to make a TeePee with them.
The front door had broken and missing molding.
We were concerned.
When we walked in, we were relieved to see the place looked clean and very attractive!
The home is advertised as sleeping 10 (which is why we rented it) and we had made a reservation for 10 people- we were distressed when there were only eight places for people to sleep…and only eight sets of towels!
We contacted the owners and asked where the other two people were supposed to sleep (?!) and were told there was an air mattress “somewhere in one of the closets”. We had to go back over and look for the air bed and then we couldn’t find bedding. We had to call and ask for bedding - but sheets were never brought- they dropped off 2 pillows and a blanket- no sheets. The only place to set it up was in the basement on the concrete floor.
Our adult children told us there were animal droppings down there, we did not see them and they did not take a picture.
Please check that for us. At our wedding brunch the kids shared stories of how glad they were to get out of there. I’m so sad that is their memory of their time at our wedding.

This house was very comfortable. Big back yard and spacious inside.

The house was very clean and easy to access. Nice neighborhood and close to shopping, restaurants, and activities.

We had all of the right supplies for cooking. Everything was nice and clean. Coming into the time there, everyone was super efficient and provided everything we needed. We had a wonderful time.
