PETS
This is a pet friendly listing! We work hard to do meticulous cleanings in between guest stays. However, if you are extremely allergic, this may not be the best stay for you. We ask for a $125 pet fee + $75 dollars per additional pet for the convenience of having your fur baby with you at our home and for the extra clean up of waste and fur. We do not have a limit on the number of pets, but please let us know how many you plan to bring. We provide 'doggy bags' along with paw wiping towels, dog waste receptacles and fur wipers. Rover/Boarding costs anywhere from 25-50 dollars per night in our area if you prefer to have a vacation without your pup.
EARLY/LATE CHECK IN:
We schedule our cleaning team & pre arrival inspection team immediately upon your booking. If you would like to check in early or leave late, they have to reschedule their crew and request a fee for this. The fee is $30/hr for extra hours to compensate our crews for rearranging schedules and working different hours.
DINING:
Living room 1 in the main home is the largest gathering area and can fit ~20 people. However, we do NOT have a formal indoor dining table. There is a dining area in the boathouse (outdoor living space with chandeliers) that seats 12 -20 people depending on the season.
POOL:
The pool is a 2 ft deep, 8 ft wide Palmingo Pools Stock Tank pool that is filtered and circulated just like a normal pool. It fits 6 adults (the size of a hot tub) and is perfect for 'hanging out' or for the kids to play! It is open May 15 -Oct 15 (Weather Dependent - Inquire for specific dates at time of booking!). Hot tub is open 24/7/365! Our 'spa guy' comes by every Friday between the hours of 10am & 4pm to balance the chemicals and make sure the water is sparkling clean!
UBERS/TAXIS
Flying in? Wanting to get to downtown without driving? We work with a party bus company that goes to and from Nashville to offer a 10% discount after booking . Ubers are easy to get outside of late Friday and Saturday night and range from 40-60 dollars. From BNA, we work with a local Pleasant View woman who does airport transfer and Ubers are available at ~60 dollars.
EVENTS
As stated in our house rules, we are not okay with loud noise outdoors in the evenings/over night. If you plan to throw a party, please do not book. There will be a $500 fine for any noise complaints that we receive from neighbors.**

Annual extended family vacation, first time to Tennessee. Great communication with property owners and very responsive. Plenty of space to spread out and also get together. The weather was very hot the week we were there so we weren’t able to experience everything that was offered at the property. The family was very happy with their accommodations. Thank you.

Our group was comprised of women and girls ranging in age from 13 to 34 who came together to write about their lives and turn their work into a public performance with the help of producer, director and choreographer.
The space worked well as a writing retreat and we rented a nearby dance studio for our larger rehearsals.
It was lovely to have multiple spaces to hang when we were not in session. The separate living areas allowed the teenagers in our group to have their own space while the adults congregated in the main living room.
Multiple kitchens simplified food preparation for a group with lots of different dietary needs. The vegan and gluten-free folks had their own kitchen. The carnivores and pescatarians shared the other.
We very much enjoyed our stay.

The owners could not have been more communicative and helpful our entire stay. The property itself was gorgeous with so much space, and all of the kitchens and coffee bars were so helpful to be sure everybody didn’t feel like they were on top of each other. We had a group of 20 and it was plenty of room. We just loved the rural feel, but it was super easy to get to downtown Nashville as well. We used the pool and jacuzzi. Book this, you won’t regret it!

We visited Nashville for a family weekend and to watch the Savannah Bananas play…The Urban Acreage did not disappoint!!! We had the best time with our family, the property is perfect for a large family…spread out enough to where you aren’t on top of each other and close enough where you can enjoy each other’s company. The pool, hot tub, and movie area was a big hit with the kids and adults…it was a great place to let the kids have fun, while the parents could chat and play games. Great location outside of the hustle and bustle of the city but just a quick car ride up the interstate to all the action. The property is beautiful and we are already planning another trip in the future!

We were there for the sub state baseball tournament. Our crew consisted of 6 players and their families. It was perfect for us! From the outdoor space to the indoor games, we had so much fun! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful property and hostesses. Our group truly enjoyed our stay. Very nice setup and amenities, like endless coffee, tea, microwaveable popcorn, paper toiletries (not just a supply of toilet paper for the bathrooms but also a supply of paper towels), and even provided endless detergent for both dishwashers and washing machines. Clean and well kept property. Rating is a 5 out of 5. You will LOVE it!!!

What an incredible stay at Urban Acreage! The layout was incredible and perfect for many households coming together for a weekend trip to Nashville. The property is beautiful and allowed plenty of play space outside for the kids and dogs. The coffee bar was a hit. I can’t tell you the number of pots of coffee and memories made! We will be back, again! We wished we could have stayed longer…until next time!

Absolutely fantastic property where every detail is looked after! Loved all the little Instagram-worthy spaces for the perfect snapshot. The property is very spacious and peaceful. There is lots of room to come together or have quiet time on your own. There was also plenty of quality towels, sheets, and blankets. The hostesses are excellent and expedient responders. I would highly recommend this property for family/friend gatherings!

We went with a group of about 10-12 people and this place was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for!
Sleeping arrangements worked great for the whole group and the hangout section outside was perfect!
We travel to a new place every year, but if we decide to come back this way any time soon we will definitely be checking the availability of this house first!
10/10 would recommend to anyone!

It was a wonderful place to stay and our hosts were wonderful. Communication was simple and swift. There was lots of room for all of us including the two young men (my grandsons) that very much enjoyed having a separate space to hang out in. The layout of the house inself is a little odd. There is one bedroom that has to be walked through to get to the rest of the house but this was a minor problem. Two kitchens in the main house was great allowing lots of room for refrigeration. Having coffee makers just about everywhere was great as we are a family full of coffee and hot chocoate drinkers. The kitchen & living room area was our favorite as it gave us the perfect place to have meals together and great conversation. We did not utilize the pool (only once) as it was just too small for our family but the property was very nice. We had a great time outside on Independence Day enjoying the fireworks throughout the neighborhood. The greatest gift for all of us was being able to be all together in one vacation place including the family dogs. We would do this again.

This house was perfect for our family reunion. Plenty options for sleeping arrangements that suited multi families and was perfect for our three families. Much to do on the property and close to Clarksville and Nashville. All the kids loved the plunge pool! Hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely rent again if we go back to the area!

We had a great stay here. The house is designed well and clean. They have stocked it anticipating larger groups to stay. Little touches like blue tooth speakers to use make a big difference. Great place and would stay here again.

We are locals who live just outside of Nashville who were on the hunt for a small, quaint venue for our daughter’s wedding that we had six weeks to plan from start to finish. Amazingly enough, we landed on this listing and upon our first visit fell in love with it. Rachel, one of the owners, was extremely welcoming and gave us a tour of the entire property. We said, “We’ll take it.” She gave us another opportunity in addition to that first visit to come and take measurements and pictures so that we would be well prepared for our daughter’s big day. Again, very accommodating.
Along the way Rachel would send us pictures of improvements made to certain areas of the property that needed a little TLC to make it wedding-worthy which was so very sweet. The venue was actually improving weekly since the time we booked it!
That being said, if you want to have a wedding at this property, just know that it does come with a lot of restrictions. We were the first wedding there and felt like guinea pigs due to those restrictions which we were being contacted about during the wedding.
It is a great property, nice owners, just not the perfect conditions for weddings!

My husband and I were looking for a place big enough to rent for our children and grandchildren to all stay for a weekend, (to celebrate Thanksgiving & Christmas). We was hoping for a weekend that would grow our children and grandchildren closer together. Urban Acreage did not disappoint. Main house with 2 kitchens, guest barn with a kitchen, play shed, boat house, fire pit, hot tub. Grand kids loved the play shed. Only thing it didn't have was heat. Boat house was beautiful. We didn't spend much time outside, it was so cold when we were there. We played card games in main house, which had plenty of room. We cooked a huge breakfast and turkey and ham for dinner. That was no problem since their was 3 kitchens. The host was wonderful. I had sent a few messages before check in and during stay. She responded almost immediately. She would send updates before we checked in and at check out. I'll say again, wonderful host. I have never ,and I heard my children say they had never, stayed at a place that was so wonderfully stocked with supplies. Urban Acreage had everything. Wow! Give this place a try. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
