About this house rental

Perfect getaway for family and friends. Relax in the large living room with wood burning fireplace and attached sitting area. The home features 5 bedrooms. The main floor has the living room/sitting area, kitchen and dining area, 1 queen bedroom, a half bath and a walk out deck with gas grill. We have added a full bath with shower to the main floor bedroom, for those who have trouble with stairs. The second floor features the master bedroom with electric fireplace. It also includes his (shower) and hers (tub) full baths and a patio overlooking the beautiful backyard. It also has a king bedroom and large bedroom with 2 full beds separated by a full bath. The basement includes a large media room, game room with pool table, a bedroom with a full size bed and full bath. The laundry is also in the basement.
Enjoy all the amenities the Territory Owner' Club has to offer, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, and basketball courts. Golf, Horseback Riding, and Spa are also available.

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious, beautiful home. It was perfect for our family trip in the Galena Territory. The home had very comfortable beds and was well-appointed and supplied to meet our needs. We definitely want to return!

We stayed at Terri’s property for a family reunion. We’ve never been to Galena before and really loved it. The house is beautiful and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Would definitely recommend this property to others!!

My wife and I like to take our adult children and grandson on trips that are within a few hours of our homes. The house was perfect for our family. The pictures were accurate and showed the great layout. The owners club was fantastic. We enjoyed it Saturday and Sunday at the pool. The basement was great, pool table, darts, and plenty of games for our grandson. The host, Terri, was extremely easy to reach and help us out with a couple of questions that we had. Very simple check in/out process. We would highly recommend this place for a family gathering.

We gathered here as a meeting spot for family in who live in Iowa and Central Illinois. We enjoyed using the fire pit and deck areas. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed for making meals. Beds were comfy. Lots of space in home. Kids enjoyed the pool table in basement. Location was easy to find.

Our family of 10 - 6 adults and 4 children (aged 6, 7, 8 & 11) enjoyed this home in the Galena Territory very much! There were plenty of bedrooms (although the one in the basement was pretty chilly), a well equipped kitchen and a dining area that allowed us to all be together. The kids enjoyed the pool table and the pool at the owners club. The primary bedroom is large and beautiful. The electric fireplace makes it very cozy! Terri and family thought of everything that makes a get away fun and stress free! We would definitely like to return there!

Proper was prefect for the 10 of us to all be together for the holiday. Great communication with the owner, answered emails promptly. Having a pool table and dart board in the basement was a huge hit. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Wonderful, clean house with plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, and space. Appreciated little things like stocked bathrooms, beach towels and coffee filters. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway.

What a lovely home! We all enjoyed our stay so much! And it was a pleasure to have a crib and high chair for our use as well as small plates and utensils. This home was super clean which I loved. And the kids loved the basement playroom with all of the books, toys and stadium seating for movies.

Great property and host! It was very hot the first couple of days we were there but when the heat broke, the back deck was beautiful for all of us to hang out. The teenagers loved the theater room and games. The Owner's Club was perfect for all the kids in our group as well during the day. The home was very spacious too so we did not feel like we were on top of each other.

We stayed here for our annual Girls' Trip - 8 women! This house has the most comfortable beds I've every slept in outside my home. It was large enough to give us space and also allowed us to be together well - if that makes sense. We got a lot of use out of the deck off the kitchen! Very clean, well organized, and with access to some local amenities - a few of us used the pool! Galena is a lovely town and we enjoyed it all thanks to our wonderful host. Highly recommend and would love to visit again.

We had such a good stay at this property! We had an extended family weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms were roomy, the beds were comfortable, and it was great to have so many bathrooms available. We enjoyed the tv spaces, the pool table and the available games. My family and I were amazed by this home This was our first time in Galena and we were very impressed. It is such a quaint little town with a lot to offer. The home is about 10-15mins away from all the happenings downtown. From the exterior of the home you wouldn't think it is as big as it is on the inside but it was more than enough space for me and family. The beds were so comfortable and everything from bath and kitchen items were readily available. The master suite is to die for! It was so so nice! Everything was just about perfect. The only thing is when driving, especially at night, it can be a little intimidating. The roads are really dark at night, so please be careful. Also, I wish the balcony furniture was cleaner and had better bug control, it really would have made our time sitting outside more enjoyable. We were able to enjoy the stars though. It was almost like a scene out of a movie. It was a beautiful sight to see! Terri was great and I really appreciate her and her brother for letting my family and I stay in their home. I would definitely patronize them again!

The home had multiple wonderful spaces to be with our nine guests, in smaller groups, or completely alone. The setting was beautiful with the right amount of space to feel we had privacy but not isolated. The available Owners Club was awesome and proximity to beautiful Galena, IL was a wonderful option for finding things to do.

We had a group of 9 (6 adults, 3 young children) and this property fit us perfectly. We had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The property owner had things for our kids to do, and the access to the Owners Club was amazing. We went to the pool, the Sunday Farmers Market, and used golf vouchers at Eagle Ridge. The house is beautiful and felt very private with all the trees surrounding the property. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a larger property for a bigger group.
