We were not able to contact owner or access the property so had to stay at a hotel instead. Called customer service for VRBO and they were very helpful in canceling our stay and giving us a refund. Owner did call later in the night apologizing for the mix up. Lesson learned to always reach out to the owner before a stay.

Nice accomadations, great location , clean and comfortable, everything you need feels like home

The place is in a nice location tucked away in Bella Vista. If you are looking for a place that is updated this isn't your place. If you are looking for a place to stay that has everything you need then its great, just don't expect the decor and updates to be on your list. Its a good price and it reflects the home. The beds are great, AC worked great, and it had everything you needed. It was a good stay for sure but it could use updates.

Nice little spot, clean and very responsive. Would highly recommend especially for the price.

I loved the house, it was cute and stylish. We were told the beaches were open but they were closed. The house is well styled and cozy however there is an overwhelming musty smell.

Great place to stay! Very clean and comfy. Check out the BV bar and grill for dinner. Very close by.
Rose is very easy to work with and answered my million questions. Would stay there again!

This house was dirty when we arrived and then I received pictures from the owner after we left who claims that in the two and half days my wife and a two small dogs caused vacuum cleaners to be full of hair, pictures of hair and filth from a room we did not even enter. This is simply a cleaning company yrying to squeeze more money out of owner.

2 nice decks. Nice shower. Comfortable bed

This place has a health issue and is falsely stating that they cleaned up the health issue. It is not cleaned up. I have tried working it out with owner but she said VRBO has not given her options. I have now been on the phone with VRBO for over 3 hrs and still no resolution. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but no one has been able to help.

Great place to get away

We loved everything about this place. I would however mention that the outside is in desperate need of some new paint. Someone needs to tell the cleaning crew to clean the outside decks! They hadn’t been touched and the weather was so beautiful that we sat outside the whole time. There was dog dodo under the patio table, and the deck chairs are in horrible shape. All of this is an easy fix. The inside was great and communication with host was as well. I’d stay here again!

This could of been my fault for not asking. But we never found the sports channels on their T..V. We go every
year to three college football games up there and we like to watch other games on the T..V. after we went to our game..
We did not use the shower because it looked unclean and their was a tick in the shower floor. The beds were too soft and lumpy, The owner was very nice when we talked to her about getting in the unit.

Perfect fall getaway and property was as stated.

Nice home for a mother/daughter weekend in Bella Vista/Bentonville to see an art exhibit at Crystal Bridges Art Museum. We especially liked the nature trail behind the property, where we took an evening walk and a morning walk. The owner was very responsive and everything went very smoothly.

This unit is in a good location on a small quiet lake but no lake access. The unit is older and could use a some help bringing it up to date but it is large and comfortable. I had one small issue unlocking the door when we arrived. The keypad is not readily apparent because you must touch it for it to light up and it appears as a lock on the door. Also, instructions say to lock the unit when leaving but I locked the handle and Rose had to come let us in. Probably my bad for not reading close enough. Rose was quick to get to our place even though she was a little ways away and her communication and politeness was remarkable. It's a nice little neighborhood to base your stay in and walking the trail by the lake was shaded and relaxing. Saw a fox family both days we walked. And watching the bats exit Crystal Cave at dusk was an unexpected surprise. Overall the unit met our needs, location was great and Rose was a very good hostess.

Quiet neighborhood with beautiful surroundings. Good location, not far from stores but still secluded by nature.

The two back decks off the townhouse was very nice. You are set in the trees and not far from a view of the lake.

I want to come back here and stay longer. Great place with 2 balconies -- one from living room and one from main bedroom.

Everything looked pretty well like the photo's shown on the website. It was clean & relaxing. I wish we could have enjoyed the balconies a little more but with the cobwebs & all the dropping from the trees attached to the cushions & flooring, it wasn't that inviting. All in all, Rose was prompt with what was needed & it was a good visit.

The weather was horrible. There was a 4-5" snow a few days after we got there. The condo had no ice melt, kitty litter, or sand to put out. There was no shovel and not even a broom. The temperature was in the 20s most of our stay. A few days later, an ice storm hit with about 4" of ice pellets falling in sheets for about 30 hours. We were completely stranded inside the condo and had nothing but breakfast cereals to eat as we had planned on eating at our daughter's house on another lake or eating out. The garbage truck did not run the whole last week and the bin was so full the lid wouldn't shut when we left. We got so desperate that I used a cookie sheet to clear the steps so we could get out to the sidewalk. The bath linens were worn out, some badly stained, and all faded. The bath rugs had no backing so they slipped out from under our feet daily. Two of us are disabled. One hit the floor while trying to stand from the toilet when the rug her feet was on slid away. I nearly fell twice just trying to step out of the shower, but the floor was even slicker. Rugs are definitely needed with rubber backing. Some previous person had broken the door jamb off the front door that held the chain lock. Someone had tried to repair it with hot glue and a few short nails. I could stick all 4 fingers under the board because it was not repaired correctly. As a result, the chain lock was worthless. The neighbor in unit 67 made so much noise between midnight and 1:00 a.m. that my husband or I was up every night concerned our vehicle or something else was being damaged. We checked the parking lot repeatedly because the noise sounded like it was coming against our walls and/or outside. This unit needs a lot of routine repairs. At least one electrical outlet by the couch did not work. The kitchen sink light is in an open hole in the ceiling. Several places had some type outlet loosely hanging from the walls. The door frames into the kitchen were dirty. We had to buy toilet paper because what was supplied was so rough that my skin was bleeding by day two! The outside especially needs painting as the exposed wood is deteriorating in many places. Frankly, the whole unit needs a lot of basic upkeep. The parking lot is extremely uneven which was very dangerous when covered in ice. Fortunately, the heating was excellent and the beds were okay. We had plenty of hot water. Owner had a lot of spices and, thankfully, a full box of table salt we used on the steps.

Lots of good kitchen supplies. The bedroons, washer/dryer and bathroom is down stairs. I loved the balcony off the master bedroom. My son was able to step outside to smoke without walking upstairs, or waking me up.
This unit is very quiet. The openview to the woods is very relaxing. Master king size bed is very comfortable. Our host was quick to go buy mattress toppers for the queen size beds in the 2nd bedroom when I mentioned they were too hard. (It was Christmas eve!) They even supplied ice melt for our parking spot. Exceptional host. I would stay again.
