A unique gem close to the lake nemi and lake albano. Gorgeous property with pool and gardens. Very convenient location with a view atop Rome from the South.

Beautiful setting. Lovely staff. Comfortable but basic rooms.

The hotel outdoor property was beautiful and well maintained. The scenery from the hill top was gorgeous. The property itself was old but clean. The picture in the website must be from another place because there was nothing that looked like it. The painting on the ceiling were faded, there was no gold.

Had a really lovely stay before our cruise from Rome. The Villa has such amazing history and the restoration has been very sympathetic to the building’s history. Views were amazing and pool lovely. Only downside, no toilet facilities at pool area.

We stayed at elite room and it was fantastic. All in all, it was the best night in our trip in Italy

Everything about this property is unique. We used the shuttle and pool. There is a pool bar and the dining is incredible. Air conditioning not so cool but it’s understandable so can’t complain to much. Everything was more than perfect and I highly recommend. The staff were always very helpful before and during the trip.

I booked this hotel because I wanted a nice hotel with a swimming pool within an hours drive to Fumicino airport.
After I checked in, they told me the pool was closed and not open for the season. This was not posted on the listing.
And it was the principle reason why I booked the hotel so I was really disappointed.
The hotel is beautiful. The staff were very helpful. The town seemed to have zero foreign tourists which is a huge plus.
The drive to the airport was more stressful than imagined and took a little longer than google maps predicted.
It's worth it to upgrade to a city view room.
The breakfast was just OK. They didn't have fresh cut fruit, just whole fruit.
The common areas are beautiful
I just wish they had updated their listing that their swimming pool was closed.

Beautiful historic property. Great service and free upgrade. Lovey breakfast. However it was offseason, so hotel was not really in full swing.

Enchanted place! Me and my wife enjoyed all the perks of this beautiful place and surrounding. Excellent food in the Hotel and other locations. Breakfast is yummy, staff is super nice. We felt projected back in time. Room very comfortable. Bathroom with cromo therapy (colors). Sleeping was so quiet. Place to pin for many other holidays.

Old property, pretty place, with the buildings, a kind of mini palace of 200 years. few guests, our room had an air conditioning problem. we changed rooms at 1 o'clock in the morning.

My daughter & I were picked up at the train via shuttle & whisked up to the beautiful Villa & great by the lovely Alex. He proceeded to check us in & sent our luggage to our very clean beautiful room! That evening we dined on property to the most fabulous meal & service! The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows & linens which were uncomfortable. I would say it’s a much needed to stop on your stay in Italy!

We booked this hotel for a night, the hotel presents itself as 4 star luxury and even if it fullfil the minimal requirements for 4 star ( towels, hairdryer, minibar and so on) it's really is a bare minimum. I would have rated the hotel as a 3 star highest. Firstly when you look at the booking you think you will stay in the villa instead there are two old buildings on the side which are the actual hotel and you have very little access anywhere else.
The room itself needs complete renovation, all the furniture is mismatched, the lights were brown and very dim, double bed is two single beds joint together with old mattress.
Hot water wasn't working and when we stayed and the reception said that they are having problems from the night before...
The breakfast is served in an underground room with no windows so you really quite never get the beautiful panorama as advertised.

This was the perfect ending of our family trip to Italy.
The hotel is situated on a hill, with a panoramic view of Rome. We could recognize from distance some places we had visited during our stay.
The hotel has decent accommodations, including comfortable beds and high quality linens. Free bottled water if you ask at the reception.
What makes this place special, is the history of it. Part of the villa dates from the16-th century. The building was renovated, but still has preserved old frescoes and doors in adjacent hallways ( don't change those), a delight for antique lovers and history buffs.
This was a memorable stay in Italy. Very special, and hope to return.

The staff were very polite, spoke well, and were friendly. However the air conditioning unit was turned off during the night by the hotel, in the middle of a heatwave; this was a serious misjudgement which made our stay quite uncomfortable during the night.

Must have been very nice but a long long time ago .
The furniture must have 100 years old

Flights were cancelled because AirItaly went out of business. They would not refund hotel even when booked as a package. Expedia took care of it but the manager of this hotel refused to work with us.

This place is magnificent and every one that has stayed there would agree 😀! We have spent only a night there but will have to come back next time!

Absolutely beautiful hotel, a little tired in places, and rooms are dated, but an outstanding building, excellent staff, and we ate in the hotel restaurant twice and would definitely recommend. We would certainly stay again if in the area.

We were totally amazed as we drove along the small roads, turning into the laneway and through the ancient arch, up a little further until we reached the property. The Villa looked so impressive with the large surrounding grounds, beautiful fountain and sculptures throughout the garden. The rooms in the
Villa were simple in decor which allowed the true treasures to be admired like the ceilings, lights, artwork and most of all views. We had fun soaking up the sun lounging by the pool, eating, drinking and swimming until our room was made available to us. The ambience of Villa Grazioli was relaxed and the staff extended a very warm and inviting hospitality. A real highlight was when one of the guest's played a few fabulous tunes on the piano in the main sitting room.

Nice villa, not too far from Frascati centrum and there is a gratis shuttle between the villa and centrum. The service and stuff was perfect. Special thanks to Veronica, who made my stay exceptional with her kindness and outstanding professionalism. Thank you very much. Looking forward to return there in the future.

This hotel is in a stately home with loads of history
The staff were really lovely . The food was fabulous and a very good price . The hotel was very quirky with lots of amazing paintings and anti rooms . The rooms were clean and spacious . My shower cubicle was very small and no bath .
It needs a bit of a spruce up the garden needs some tidying but a great stay convenient for the airport

The hotel was very beautiful. Our room was located in the annexe, the room was comfortable the bathroom was in need of an upgrade. I don’t feel that a hotel of this type should have a shower curtain in the bath. The main building is very historical with beautiful frescos and tastefully firming with antiques. There were many unique features which enhanced the overall experience. The waitresses were very efficient and worked very hard. As well as staying in the hotel we were attending a wedding reception there too. The wedding reception was very well handled and the food plentiful and delicious. There is a small pool at the hotel which was lovely, it was slightly disappointing that it was out of action on our last day. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Beautiful mansion in the countryside
Stunning building retaining the original character and style
Food was excellent and reasonably priced
If you have a reason to be in the area or need somewhere within an hour of the airport - I would highly recommend
