I am really torn about how to review this property. The postives: location is great in central Jackson, the property was spacious and beds very comfy etc. We really appreciated little extras being provided (soaps, coffee, mini donuts etc). The host company was also very responsive when contacted (which was most days of our trip - see below). However we had bad luck with the upstairs guests - noise travels very easily through thin ceilings and we didn't get any good night's sleep despite ear plugs, due to constant moving and walking around at all hours of the night/morning (one day lasted for 21 hours due to what we think was a changeover from 'early bird' guests to 'night owls'). We asked to move to another apartment managed by the host but were told this was not possible - and I spent my birthday researching hotel prices before deciding we ultimately could not afford to also pay for 2 hotel rooms. So we left Jackson after 4 nights exhausted and irritated. But if you have no upstairs guests - or guests who go to bed before 3am/get up after 4am/don't constantly walk round and round and round, then you will be fine. This noise is actually noted in other reviews, but I just didn't spot this in the high ratings. So in all, regrettably I would not recommend this property (having lived in London am used to noisy external environments, but the this internal noise was just awful).

Great place to stay. In the heart of Jackson Hole so close to everything. Very clean and modern inside.

Property was clean and beautiful. Great location. Very short walking distance to everything downtown.

Property is quite overrated. We paid premium pricing for 2 nights. But quality of accommodations was sorely lacking. Few of the outlets worked. Refrigerator had no ice & ice maker did not work. Fridge was LOUD (like a super cheap 1950s motel). Too loud to sleep or hear the TV. Master bathroom toilet seat was super loose and almost detached. Blinds in twin bedroom would not close completely so you had street/porch lights shining in all night long. We heard the floor creaking above us all night from people walking above. Not a good place to stay if you want to sleep at all. No hand soap in main bathroom (had to use dish soap bottle). It’s clear they do VERY LITTLE to maintain the property or make it comfortable. We would not stay again. Do not recommend.

This is an amazing unit with a terrific location just 3 blocks from Town Square. It is so convenient to everything Jackson has to offer. We are already planning our trip back to Jackson.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Town Square Lodge - a ground level unit. Being within walking distance of downtown was a real plus! It was very comfortable and well stocked with towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies. And very clean! Being the off season, it was quiet too. My sister and I were in town for my son’s knee surgery and he stayed here with us afterwards. We all appreciated there being no stairs to navigate. I would recommend this property and will stay here again in the future.

The property was what we needed, simple and downtown. Easy to get to food and all things we needed.
Could have had a washer /dryer and better toilet paper.

The pros: clean, convenient if you want to walk around town, Staff responded quickly when we had a clogged sink and the place was comfortable overall.
Cons: The remodel was done seemingly as cheaply as possible with lots of plastic including light fixtures and chairs. The shower curtain fell down twice during our stay. Ice maker is broken. Oven drawer is broken. Coffee table is very wobbly. Sink is cracked. Front door lock often seemed like someone was trying to enter, clicking and beeping randomly when no one was there. Appliances are old, kitchen is missing basics like oven mitts and dish drainer (among other basics that one might expect at this price point like pepper, olive oil, zip locks...) and the place could be warmed up quite a bit with a few more pieces of art and area rugs.
It should also be noted that you will hear every step your upstairs neighbors make.
In spite of all this, it's not a bad place. Just feels overpriced for all the corners cut in the remodel and problems that need attention.

We came for RENDEZVOUS SPRING FESTIVAL and it was amazing. It was really nice to be in town and having two rooms was great too. Nothing too fancy but we had a lot of room and we could walk to so many shops and restaurants from our location. We also had a parking spot which was clutch. Loved it.
