About this house rental

Our charming original build constructed home sits at the center of Kennewick, WA. The surrounding neighborhoods offer tree lined streets of beautiful fall colors and individually constructed style from a time before. Just a 2-minute drive to highway 395: grocery - retail - entertainment and mom & pop shops are just a short trip away! Our favorite recommendations for all areas of interest are available for your viewing pleasure.

Please make yourself at home in our newly renovated 2-story residence. Upstairs you will find a large family room and large kitchen overlooking the back yard and pool area (available on a seasonal basis). Large windows in the in-formal dining area offer views of the outside patio and pool area for guests to feel engaged whether inside, enjoying a cup of jor or outside soaking up the sun.

Three main bedrooms make up of the second half of the upstairs. A beautifully placed main bedroom is a true gem leading to the back patio direct access and offers a queen size bed. A second queen size bed for a more intimate setting is available in the second bedroom. The third and largest bedroom offers a queen and twin size bed, reading area and lots of room to play and relax. All rooms offer ample closet and shelve space to unpack and feel at home. Just across the bedrooms is the main full bath upstairs (make sure to take a peek at the original glass natural lighting unique to the era). Also available is a 1/2 bath upstairs for the extra long showers we all know happen with large and small families!

Head downstairs to the work or play zone. A fully functioning bar greets you at the bottom of the stairs equipped with dishwasher, wine chiller and mini fridge. Grab a drink and play a round of pool or enjoy the theatre ambiance and surround sound system of our basement theatre area.

When it’s time to work venture into our home office. Lighting can be customized from dimmed long hours on the screen to well lit zoom calls. The office also includes a lounge area for the quiet moments to decompress before family time. The included futon also seconds for the final single bed offered.

Don’t feel the need to go upstairs for a quick restroom break from the fun - downstairs offers a full bath and laundry for all your families needs up-down-and ALL AROUND.

This house was situated in a perfect location for us to visit with family in the area. It's located very close to several restaurants and grocery stores. The house was very clean and had lots of room for our family, the kids loved the pool! The hosts were wonderful to work with.

We thought the house was cute and clean— the only big downside was the pool was not clean when we arrived. The hosts got on it and had a pool cleaner out the next day. The problem was our grandkids didn’t get to use the pool Friday or Saturday until after the repair. The pool was the biggest selling point for us choosing the home, so that was frustrating.

We stayed two weekends in a row for baseball; 5 Families in total. It accommodated us all and is conveniently located to stores, restaurants and ball fields.

A group of 4 of us were in the Tri-Cities for a conference. Location was great. Home was great, a little older but updated. Downstairs theater and bar is a great hang out. Pool wasn't open but the outside area was great for a drink and reflecting on our classes.

Traveled to Washington for our bother in laws 70th. This property was clean and well kept and very close to my sister. Plenty of room for everyone. The only set back not a full pool table. We were looking forward to playing but nice pool hall a few miles away….will definitely stay again

Plenty of room for our entire party. Kitchen well stocked with everything that we needed. Excellent communication with host. Nice backyard. Clean and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. Older home but updated and nice. Plenty of fluffy bath towels for everyone. Lots of small extras like coffee pods, teas and sweetener. Bathrooms well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, qtips, cotton balls, and hair dryer. Would definitely stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and there was so much to do (swimming, playing pool, board games and watching movies in the awesome home theater down stairs). There was more then enough room for us to sleep and hang out. We had a blast! The only downside was the steps to get to the front door of the house if you have mobility issues but over all it was a great STAY-CATION! The host was also quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay.

The house was very clean, big enough for all of us and better then expected! The game room was fun and the pool was great! It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything we needed. The host was fantastic, responded promptly, let us extend our stay and was helpful throughout that process. We will definitely be back!

The house and property worked wonderful for our family. But, all the burners on the stove didn't work, the dishwasher needs to be secured to the wall. It wabbles. When a renter leaves, should check to see if there is still soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper. We did not know how to use the TV. The coffee pot was tricky. You should note that the house isn't handicap ready. No ramp and the steps at the patio has no hand rail. We enjoyed our stay. Will recommend.

The listing really needs better photos! The home is absolutely adorable and quite private in a very quiet. The beds are very comfortable. Pool towels and Bath towels in great condition and the pool was very well maintained! Furniture quite comfortable as well. Very relaxing place to reset.

Nice home that was conveniently located for our wedding festivities. Received an email 5 days before our stay telling us the pool would not be ready which was disappointing. Negotiated 15% off price for this, but have not received the refund yet.

Four of us wanted to play golf over three days in the Tri-Cities, WA. This rental had enough room for all four of us to have his each room. Overall facilities were great, and location was excellent. It's in a quiet neighborhood and was less than 10 minutes from two of the courses we played. The photos and amenities showed a swimming pool, but we didn't find out that the pool was unavailable until receiving the check-in procedures. Communication with the host was EXCELLENT throughout the process. Overall 5 stars.

Overall the house was great. unfortunately, the pool was closed. When asking the owner about this, we were told the pool is seasonal. This would have been nice to include in the listing as it was a major draw to this rental.

The house is clean and roomy. The thermostat does not work in the basement and was very cold while the upstairs temperature could be controlled. The owners posted pictures of the pool but do not say in the description that it is open only during a certain time of the year. We were disappointed that we couldn’t use the pool in May. Also you can not use the garage. Had an elderly father with me who had a hard time climbing the steep stairs to get to front door. Would have been nice to be able to enter the house from the garage .

We really enjoyed the property. It was well appointed with more than adequate amounts of necessities like towels, pillows and soaps. The house was clean and had comfortable furnishings. The whole family enjoyed the downstairs play area a lot.
