Catered for guests that want to relax. We apologize but no parties, pets, or smoking in the property and extra fees or possible termination of reservation may apply. This home is very nice, clean and close to downtown activities and eating places. The neighborhood was very quiet and parking was not an issue. We highly recommend Wally’s and Ruby Sunshine for down home cooking. We would definitely return to this home again.

This was the perfect place to stay with 5 adults. Quiet neighborhood and I loved the front porch. Plenty of seating and a nice place to relax and unwind after a busy day walking and shopping in Chattanooga. The bathrooms have a shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash dispenser. There was coffee and water available which was welcoming. We will stay here again on our next trip.

This is a beautiful little house in a great location. We went to the zoo and Warner park with our kids. The neighborhood felt safe. The host was so helpful and communicated perfectly what we needed to do. We want to stay in the house every time we come to Chattanooga.

The property was located in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by parks for family activities. It was just and overall wonderful place to dtay. The hoat was absolutely fantastic in responding to messages and laying out recommendations of things to do and places to eat during our stay. I would definitely book this location again in the future.

Excellent location for our Aquarium and Zoo visit. Nice quiet neighborhood. Nice yard for children to play in. Had trouble getting on Netflix. Contacted owner and the resolved the problem quickly. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay! Adrienne was very responsive and gave all details needed and provided suggestions on local places to visit and eat at. Will definitely be our go to place to stay when we are in Chattanooga!

This house was very well kept. It was a surprise to all the my 2 kids and nephew that there were so many games to choose from in the living room. We all really enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evening. The neighbors were all super friendly as well. Adrienne was very quick to respond with any questions we had and very kind. We asked if he could allow us to check out a little late on the day of our departure and he obliged. If ever we are in the area again, we would love to stay here! My family and I highly recommend.

The house was perfect for us. When we arrived it was clean. There were several little extras that I haven't seen in other places I have stayed. There was extra toilet paper, coffee cups, bottled water in the fridge, detergent, extra trash bags, etc. All of these extras just show the care that is put into the home. The host was in contact and was always quick to respond. There is a fold out bed in the closet that my daughter slept on and she thought that was so awesome!! Plenty of room for us all. We had 3 adults and 2 kids. Beds are comfy and there was plenty of pillows and blankets for us to use. We would stay here again.

My sisters and I enjoyed our stay. This home was welcoming and clean (Baseboards, door trim was a bit dusty but otherwise very clean!) We were a bit nervous about the neighborhood a few blocks away as we neared the property. Howrver, a lovely family gathering was taking place next door to the property when we srrived, all the other properyies in sight around us were neat and well kept. We felt very safe. We did not cook much but anything we might have needed was available. We enjoyed chatting and relaxing in the game room! Easy to find. Close to local attractions. We would recommend this property. Thanks for a very pleasant stay!

Beautiful home that is very well maintained! It was super clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was easy right in front of the home. The one bed we used was very comfortable and the entire place was super cozy and close to everything we had planned to do while in town. Will definitely book again!

Our stay was fabulous. The house was in a great location and everything was as expected. The rooms were nicely sized, the kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and fresh and the beds were comfortable! To location is great. It was just a few minutes from Brainard where my daughter lives. It was also only about 10 minutes from down town. The neighborhood Wes cute, quiet and we felt very safe. Adrienne was a great host. Very communicative. Check in/out was simple and instructions were good for everything. 100% will rent again and recommend that you do to!

From the first communication to the last, our host thought ahead for everything we might need or want! She ever checked on us again the next day and have us many great suggestions for restaurants. This was the fastest, and most personalized response we've ever gotten. First steps of reserving and instructions on entry to home wereclear and concise. This home is so beautifully and thoughtfully set up for guests. -Exquisitely clean, 3 full bedrooms- 1 king sized bed (pillowtop, so comfortable) and 2 queens- with plenty of closet space, extra blankets, extra roll away bed and 2 additional queen air mattresses. TVs in every bedroom. -2 full sized bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, plenty of tissue and towels with extras in the laundry room if needed. Hairdryer and straightener in master bath. The full dining area and livingroom complete with games and TV. Kitchen area with barstool seating, all dishes and cooking equipment, some seasonings as well. Dishwasher with pods for use. A very welcome extra were the teas, coffees, and cold waters awaiting us in the fridge. -Laundry room with laundry soap and extra supplies. (Trash bags in drawer in kithen.) Absolutely everything we needed for a restful and stressfree stay, was provided for us. We are looking forward to bringing our family back here to stay again.

What a great place. Easy to get to. Close to anything you may want to do while staying in Chattanooga. Would definitely stay here again whenever I'm back in the area. Don't hesitate. The host provides many amenities and was very communicative. Great stay. Highly recommend.
