The property is a 1942 Boynton Beach Cottage. It has 5 beds. It’s very close to the beach. You can actually hear the ocean on rough windy days. I manage 3 beach properties in the same beach area. You get to enjoy the whole cottage all to yourselves. The rooms are small, however nice and cozy.
Other things to note
It is a true beach cottage and has Large backyard with a barbecue grill. It will take you less than three minutes to walk to the beach. Approximately 100 yards away. You can actually hear the ocean on rough windy days.
