Super recomendado , lugar céntrico y fácil de ubicar

El trato del personal es muy atento y eficiente, la habitación limpia y cómoda, las áreas disponibles en todo momento, cuenta con una cocina para los huéspedes, salas, comedor , estacionamiento, todo super bien

Ubicación, costo, atención del personal.

Falta una mesita o mueble en la habitación para colocar cosas personales, un bote de basura, no estaría mal, toalla para manos en el baño. Trípticos o información turística.

La ubicación es muy buena y los espacios compartidos amplios

La higiene y los detalles en nuestro baño las llaves tenían óxido, habían cucarachas, les faltan más atención a los detalles

El precio es muy accesible

De los cuatro días que reservamos sólo uno tuvimos agua caliente, y a pesar de haberlo reportado con los encargados, parecía que no tenían ganas ni de trabajar. Se agradece el café de la mañana. Sin embargo lo preparaban literal con agua de la llave y sabía feo, mi papá se enfermó del estómago.

la luz natural de la habitación es a través de una ventana que da al salón por lo tanto tienes luz indirecta

The location is not the best but is not that far away from the city centre. The employee: the woman is very nice and helpful! The young girl might be nicer with guests, but she’s young, she’ll learn!

Everything, the size of the room is big enough for two pp and has a sofa, the hospitality of the staff and parking is included on the property.

Find a better place than this one, not worth it at all

That it had AC and its cheap.

The staff wasnt friendly. There was no TP in the toilet and we called them and they were not nice about it. The living room stinks. Walls are thin, The pool looks disgusting and they didnt give water to drink considering that merida is boiling hot.

Staff very friendly, specially Helena! Thanks a lot for your help! The breakfast was very simple: only one cup of coffee (that you can refill) and two slices of bread with butter and marmelade. In general is a good place to stay! A/c in room was great and intense

They don't offer drinkable water. Merida is a very very hot city, so have to pay for water in an hostel is a bit annoying. Besides that, we pass 2 months in Mexico and that one is the only that doesn't offer drinkable water

excellent location walking distance to many options. owners and staff treated me like family. Anything I needed they went out of their way to help with. plenty of nice comfortable seating in common areas indoors and out. several refrigerators to store your food and drinks, and sinks to clean up after cooking in the different buildings.

Breakfast is not nice, just 2 toasts and a little packaged jam on a plate wrapped in plastic foil. Location is far from city center. Found a cockroach and a centipede in the room. Swimming pool dirty.

The staff were very kind, helpful, and attentive. The location, while a bit off the main road, felt safe and secure. The wifi was fast and the room/bathroom were big (we stayed in a double room with a private bathroom). We had access to a fridge and fresh coffee in the mornings provided by the hostel.

The location was bit out of the way (30 min walk to most things) and the walls were very thin so you could hear any movement/noise made from other guests. The bathroom and bedding could use a little TLC - overall everything was clean, but the towels/bedding had some marks on them.

Hostel with option of separate room

Good value for money in Merida. A little aside. Hot water (not at once). Simple breakfast - toast, jam, coffee. In separate room there are one king-size bed and one single - also quite big. Clean an spacious Parking on site.

For hot water you need to wait, usual in Yucatan. On the bed kind of protection (foil?) you can hear every move.

lovely simple hostel!

lovely staff, nice room (the deluxe 4 person room), and let us store our bags for the day after check out - super handy for us!

The hostel is practically new, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. All the hostel is very clean and the kitchen has everything for cook The staff help us a lot and tell us information for visiting the cenotes. We really recommend it

we only stayed for two days and it had a fair price. it had a pool and the staff was pretty nice.

there was no big social interaction, although there was the space for it.

The place is very clean. The staff were welcoming. It felt very safe and was easy to walk from the central city.

It was easy to hear other people in the other rooms. So if you are sensitive to sound, it may not be a good fit.

Comfortable, Spacious Private Rooms & Super Friendly

The staff here are so lovely and warm, very happy to pass on advice and help out anyway they can. I took a double room and it was a great size with a separate closet, firm mattress, window to outside with mosquito netting. There were no mosquitos in the room itself. It was great value! Huge washing machine and dryer are also fantastic facilities that I was hugely grateful for.

My toilet did leak my last morning. The included breakfast was 2 slices of cheap white bread and a butter and jam, covered over on the plate in the fridge. Then you gotta use another plate after you toast it, and you can't spread the butter because it's ice cold. It's a little thing but I think prepare it in the morning so it's not ice cold and a piece of fruit extra would be a huge improvement. Location is not right in the center... But you can get an Uber late from center to the hostel for 60-70pesos (3-4€) so that's good.
