Wrongly advertised and disappointing. Certainly not the luxurious suite I booked

Wrongly advertised as luxury; it is not. Ive stayed in more luxurious hostels whilst travelling Wrongly advertised as a suite it was not. It was a single room with single bed. The photos show a double bed. Bed wasn’t great with springs pushing through mattress. No staff you do everything yourself. Doors have digiloks on. Wasn’t overly clean Damage to room and paint on walls Can hear other guests talking Only one bathroom between everyone

Not really a success!

Room attractive and clean, bathroom too.

Premises required code to enter. I hadn't been warned of this. Code sent while I was travelling with no wifi access. Room very cold. No heating and no extra blankets.

Useful for a one night stay.

Very good location near tube station with parking available

Not suitable for a couple. It has a small double bed that is right up against the wall. There is one seat in the bedroom and one bar stool in the kitchen. There is no table to sit and eat food apart from one outdoors.

Impersonable and rude.

Location & price

Impersonable. Had phone put down on me, when chasing entry email, which was confirmed verbally would be sent. Entry email not received. Waited at property for 20 minutes. They state it was sent at 15h09(after my call)my emails were working as received test email. Text message received after 16h00. Refunded requested.

Would not think twice about booking again.

Location worked for me, the bedroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet and idea for what i needed.

Breakfast was a few pastries in the fridge that did not look appealing nor did they have any dates on them so i was not keen to try them. I wanted to book in before 3 which i had requested but come the day it was a no. Parking was a bit hit and miss as local houses do not all have driveways.

Nice house but needs more service; near metro station, 1 hour to city center

Lot of space in the Studio; Large kitchen and bathroom; Courtyard; Large bathroom in Studio; Large bathroom in the 1st floor (shared for 2 rooms); Calm and clean surroundings with 10 min walk to metro station;

Room #2 - so small, no space around the bed; Smell in Studio from the sinkhole; In the Studio the shower waste didn't drain at all - dirty water stayed in the shower - disgusting; bed not big enough for 2 persons (in Studio); WiFi didn´t work at all TV didn´t work at all

being contacted numerous times throughout our one night stay (Saturday night) to see if we had returned to the accommodation. Being told we need to be in by 11pm because of the check in time is extremely odd, especially when the check in is just a code for the door which gets sent automatically at 3pm, with zero human interaction. when I asked for clarification for why I needed to be in by 11pm, I got a message declaring check in times and that was it. not sure curfew times are permitted on any property on booking.com. shame really because the room was ok. really didn't' need the attitude, it put a dampener on our evening tbh. if you are staying here to use Wembley then you could be in for the same interrogation. Accused of being drunk? on the response to the honest review from someone who never spoke to or saw me... lost for words. thankfully will never stay here again.

Highly Recommend!

Very comfortable and clean, the staff are very friendly and constantly check in to ensure all is okay. The breakfast provided was very useful. Very good location, only 3 minute walk to the nearest tube station. I definitely recommend staying here!

Was well stocked with food/toiletry/cleaning supplies. Very close to train station (5 minute walk) Good security measures in place.

The property has other rooms upstairs and meant sound travelled when other guests were moving around quite late at night, which may not be suitable for light sleepers or those that struggle to get to sleep.

reasonable but overpriced, breakfast not as advertised.

Clean and in a good location for transport.

The property price includes full English breakfast. No such thing is offered. It is a diy breakfast with only bread and cereal delivered to the room. No toppings such as cheese or jam. No toaster facility in the kitchenette. Owners are not present at property, everything is remote. The owner is friendly on the phone when contacted.
