The condo and amenities were great. It was located close to colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. We drove about a hour to Kings Dominion. It was a great family vacation.

My husband and son really enjoyed the activities offered. The units are pretty dated, could use an update. Beds were comfortable. Good location for Williamsburg attractions.

Place was musty smelling. Needed to be aired out.

This was an amazing experience to have with two of my closest friends and our 3 Littles. So many activities, we kept them busy. The apartment was the perfect size for us though not accurately described. Still cozy and made it home away from home for the weekend. Will definitely boom again.

My friends and I wanted a place we could spread out in, and this was just right. Great location to get to historic Williamsburg or Busch Gardens. I would definitely return.

A short summer kick off trip for my boys, ages 13, 13, and 6, the resort had everything we needed in a base camp. They loved the pool, tennis, mini golf and arcade. I loved keeping three boys entertained when we weren’t out and about. The older boys really enjoyed going to the activity center at night (their taste of freedom) and I felt perfectly confident that they were safe.

Good...but for the price (which goes up REALLY quick when they start tacking on different fees) there are better options along the strip. Lobby was super clean and employees were mostly super friendly and accommodating. Condo was adequately clean with outdated decor, laggy televisions and "hit or miss" WiFi. They'll offer you a complimentary time share presentation upon check in. (lol) Good location, family friendly, good practices on handling crowd control due to Covid19. Our family enjoyed our stay but after all the fees were totaled up...it's not the best bang for your buck in the area.

Absolute best place I've ever stayed. I enjoyed the condo more than Water Park USA or Busch Gardens...combined!

My wife and four children loved our stay here. The unit was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the grounds are very nice and well maintained. Look forward to coming back!

We had so much fun at this vacation resort. We all enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, the arcade and the playground. The 2 bedroom units are spacious and well equipped. The area restaurants are nearby and affordable. We will be back!

Great place for families! Everything was clean and everyone was extremely helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again

Loved the unit. Only problem was the 3 pools were all together and didn’t have a lot of area for the amount of people that were using it -we couldn’t find space to enjoy the pools. It felt like many people there were at the property for the property and not for “ visiting/touring” the area. Totally understandable but... would have been nicer to have it spread out and possibly a splash pad area for little ones-no shade near a very hot playground area.

We arrived at 6pm after a 12 hour drive and were told our room was not ready. Check-in was at 4pm. We got a call at almost 8pm saying the room was ready. The room was nice, very spacious. The complex was huge, with an indoor and 2 outdoor pools. However, one pool was adults only and the other pool wasn't large enough to accommodate all the families that were staying there. The location was fantastic, quiet area with several restaurants and shopping. Also, it was very close to Colonial Williamsburg.
