Nicely decorated historical property walking distance from city centre and the bus station. The host accommodated early check in, which was important to us as we arrived early. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a really great time here. Everything was cozy and larger then I expected. We loved walking to a local restaurant while getting a great pizza delivered for kiddos. My favorite was the bathtub. Love to stay here again.❤️

Beautiful and historic row house updated with everything you need. The beds were soft and plush along with good seating options in the small TV/living space. Easy walking distance to key tourist attractions and restaurants. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here!
Things to be aware of: the shower is tiny even for an average sized adult male/female (my elbows touched the walls when washing hair and the shower curtain is always touching you). The 2nd bathroom with clawfoot tub is also basically a hallway with two doors. This comes with the quirky renovation of a small row house. The driveway is a bit difficult to get out of due to a blind curve right before it and the downtown streets can be a bit confusing that can result in accidentally getting on the interstate.
Would we stay here again? Yes, but the small shower and awkward second bathroom would have me evaluate other properties first.

We loved our stay! The house is exactly as pictured. The decor is welcoming and bright. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to make a meal. The beds are clean and comfy. The bathroom had shampoo/conditioner (thank goodness, because it’s what I forgot to pack). Would definitely stay again!

We come To BR annually for the Krewe of Artemis and a weekend of Parades. This house is perfectly located a block from Downtown Baton Rouge and 5 min from LSU.
The Womack house is delightful decorated and the VRBO description is spot on. The owners were super responsive and we plan to book for next year.
we highly recommend,
