We had a wonderful stay at this house over the Fourth of July. It’s on the north side of the lake - quieter and perfect for families. The house itself was perfect with two main bedrooms plus two guest rooms. Also, it was an easy walk to the dock, which can sometimes be difficult in other houses where we’ve stayed. Lastly, Gordon was a great and responsive host.

Wow! It has newest technology. The double decker dock was very nice. They have lounge chairs and a table with chairs on the upper deck. We liked pulling up into the carport and only walking a few feet into the kitchen. It is an awesome place to stay. We enjoyed it.

We stayed for a week. Had our boat at the house boat dock. We were 6 adults and 1 infant. House is newly remodeled and very comfortable. Easy access to the lake and to the city of Gainesville.
