Cozy, comfortable authentic adobe house perfect for up to 2 couples and a child or 2 with an extra fold out couch. Nice front porch for lounging or private back yard with grilling area and high deck with beautiful Mountain Views! House has large eat in kitchen and living room with tv and internet. This location is close to the entrance to Big Bend National Park in the nice, little town of
Marathon!

This place was perfect for our visit to Big Bend. It was clean, comfortable and well apportioned. Driving into the neighborhood, I initially felt some concerns because of the myriad properties close by with rundown homes and littered yards. We never felt unsafe, it just catches you off guard at first if you are from the suburbs of a big city. It’s also worth highlighting. that there are lots of deer that wander through the property, which we found really fun! The property owner was great to work with, and everything about the property itself was as advertised. I loved how they had remodeled the place, but retained some features and styles that were true to the old Southwest.
