A real favorite villa for an exceptional stay.

Located on the heights of Les Issambres, this villa has a breathtaking view of Saint Tropez and its bay (which can be admired from the bedrooms, the living room, the terrace and the swimming pool).

Always sunny, due to its southern exposure, this villa is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac.

8 people can sleep in this 160 m2 villa which has 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom or shower room
(Ground floor: 1 bedroom bed 160X200 with its shower room and WC,
1 bedroom with a 180X200 bed (or 2 90X200 beds) with its bathroom and WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160X200 bed with its bathroom and WC,
1 bedroom with a 180X200 bed (or 2 90X200 beds) and its bathroom with WC).

With its open kitchen (aesthetic, well-equipped and very functional), the living/dining room of 90 m2 opens, via a huge bay window with brick partition, onto the terrace overlooking the bay of Saint Tropez.

The 100 m2 terrace overlooks the private swimming pool of 11X5 meters (min depth: 1 meter and max depth: 2.5 meters). Slightly below the terrace, the swimming pool, with internal steps, is cleaned weekly and secured by a gate and is heated (from the beginning of April to the end of November) (optional, see price below). On its teak deck, 6 sunbeds allow you to enjoy the unique sea view.

A hut allows you to rest in the shade all day and fully enjoy the early evening with a drink.

In the wooded garden (olive trees, lemon trees, orange trees, palm trees, pines...) children can play in a cabin in the shade of a cork oak. The garden also has a petanque court.

To relax, the villa has:
- a 5-seater jacuzzi with sea view (operates all year round). The jacuzzi is cleaned and maintained weekly by a professional. The water is changed for each new tenant.
- an outdoor sauna (operates all year round). The sauna has 7 colored lights for chromotherapy as well as a radio and MP3 player for listening to music.

This unique villa is located 5 minutes by car from the beaches (public and private) and shops (3.5 kms). Located on the heights of Les Issambres, the car is essential.

Many services are included:
TV, Wifi, sunbeds, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso chain, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, 2 fridges, vacuum cleaner, fireplace in the living room, air conditioning.

From the villa you can easily visit the beautiful towns of the region: Sainte Maxime, Grimaud, Port Grimaud, Ramatuelle, the beaches of Pampelone. You can also visit Saint Tropez by taking advantage of the river shuttles which depart from the port of San Peire (5 minutes by car) and which cross the bay in 20 minutes.

2 weeks flied - also because of the beautiful, very tastefully decorated house in the hills above Les Issambres. Our host Stephane frequently came back to us to make sure everything is perfect… and it was!!! We are already now looking forward to come back to this little paradise! ✨🖤

Spent a lovely week at Santa Rosa. A beautifully presented Villa with outstanding sea views. The Owner has thought of everything to ensure a perfect experience. All the little touches you expect from a 5 star property are supplied from quality linen and towels to the stylish decor. We enjoyed a relaxing holiday and would highly recommended this property.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Santa Rosa villa. The view is stunning. You just can’t have enough of it. The villa is perfectly located, just 10 minutes away from the closest beach, it’s spotless clean, pool is awesome and the jacuzzi too. You will find everything you need inside, perfectly equipped kitchen, 2 american fridges, big dining table, espresso machine, A/C in every room etc. The owner is very responsive and he really looks after you as a guest, he prepared everything perfectly for us and for our 7 months old boy. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely return.

Yes! You do absolutely the right thing with booking this villa. Shes located on a hill with a stunning view over the bays of St. Maxime and St. Tropez. It is how the pictures look like. The villa is wonderful designed and the furniture is high quality. The decration has a lot of style. The kitchen is fully eqipped, we cooked every day. The property is protected by many plants and wonderful trees growing around the house. Nobody will see you going to swim or take a bath in the jacuzzi. The garden is very nice designed as well. The owner is very friendly and its important to him, that your stay is unforgettable beautiful. The checkout procedure was easy done, even with a time change from our side, one day before we leaved. We would definitely book it again and we can absolutely recommend it to you.

I will never forget arriving at this beautiful villa having driven down from the UK. I never expected that in my life I would ever have the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful villa - it was truly breathtaking and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We had a wonderful week at the villa - it was a wonderful place to stay with the most amazing views. The villa itself was decorated to the best standard with everything that you could ever ask for. The pool was heated and my children spent many hours having fun in it. It was my first visit to the South of France and I look forward to going there again as it was so beautiful and overall we had the best holiday. Thank you to the owners - you were very accommodating and we were grateful to have an opportunity to stay in your wonderful holiday home.

The villa is beautiful and the views are superb. The given description fits well all the facilities. A car is needed, but the location is beautiful and quiet. The atmosphere both in the villa and its gardens are very relaxing. We spent most of our time by the pool, enjoying the magnificent views. The house is well-equipped and its style is modern (suiting well to our Nordic design taste). We also found the proprietor and contact person to be friendly and flexible. We warmly recommend!
