Our stay was just what we needed! The property is immaculate and comfortable. The hosts have put much attention into making the property a great place to stay, just a few blocks from Yale University.

Nicely maintained, clean spacious area. Beds are so comfortable! Very nice owners with great communication. Private entry and plenty of street parking. Neighbors were quiet. Would definitely stay here again to visit Yale.

parking could be improved. not handicapped accessible....meaning no grab bars in bathtub . Spoke to the owner about top step outside of porch....not user friendly for anyone.

In town for a concert. We had such a great time! Super clean, beautifuly kept properly. Kosha greeted us upon arrival to show the apartment. Huge comfy king beds, Awesome back yard hang spot. Martin came out and set up a speaker for us and citronella for bugs, so chill and the hospitality was amazing. we hope to stay here again! We would recommend 10 outta 10!

We were in town for just 2 nights, but had such a lovely relaxing stay at this property. Very clean, with very comfortable beds. Convenient to the museums we wished to visit and many extras throughout - would highly recommend.

My spouse and I, and our tween daughter and her best friend, spent two nights in this apartment while attending an event at Yale. The hosts are very welcoming and easy to communicate with, and the apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The apartment and neighborhood are quiet while still being a very quick drive (5 min) down to downtown New Haven. The beds were comfortable (more comfortable than most VRBOs we have stayed in) and the living room had plenty of space for our group to hang out. We appreciated the ceiling fans in each room. The backyard looked lovely with additional space to relax, but we didn't get a chance to try it out because of the weather. When the kids accidentally left some precious items behind, the hosts promptly let us know and mailed them back to us, which we truly appreciated! We will certainly look to stay here again when visiting New Haven.

Martin and Kosha are great hosts! The place was beautiful and very clean/well-kept, everything was like new. They had everything we needed, and more than expected! Great sound system, beautiful backyard oasis, and street parking right in front of the house. I would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. The place was in a good location and was IMMACULATE. Every amenity was provided and then some. The owners were so communicative and were there to show us around the property and made great recommendations for places to eat! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is staying in the area.

The location was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. The backyard basketball court was extremely fun and in excellent condition. Our Hosts were responsive and very helpful. We would stay again if in the area. Thank you, Kosha for a great stay!

Beautiful apartment in a nice neighborhood. The owners of the home were very kind and forthcoming with everything that we needed to know and all questions were answered promptly. This is an immaculately clean apartment just below their residence. Brand new bathroom and all updated fixtures throughout the home. Easy in and easy out through coded door. Most important for us was a coffee maker (keurig) onsite with cups ready to be brewed. We did have to grab our own creamer. Left over condiments and water in the fridge sparing anyone from having to pick up the nitty gritty stuff. We were only there but a few hours as we were just passing through. This stop was perfect for us and we hope to make this a frequent stop as we will be in the area regularly.

We were hosted by a very personable and friendly couple who even helped with our luggage as we navigated staying away from home with our 4 week old and 3 year old. The place was nice and clean. We would definitely stay there again if the chance arises.

This was a great little get away. We were at a football camp with my son at Yale. It was only a couple minutes away. In the evening we spent some time just hanging out in the back yard playing basketball and volleyball. Its a great space, clean, and quiet. The Owner greets you on arrival and walks you through the apartment, then diappears unless you need her for something. We ate out, but it looked like they had a stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Lovely property. Inside is absolutely gorgeous and outside is a lovely backyard area. Our boys put their lacrosse gear out back to air out and it started to rain. We went to bring inside and the host was already out here moving it! If we go back to New Haven we will stay again for sure! Thank you!

The owners were available, helpful,and not intrusive. My brother fell walking to house as he didn’t see rise in curb. They were absolutely wonderful helping him get in house and making sure he was not seriously injured. They helped unload car and showed us around. I would use them again if I’m ever in New Haven. Great place exquisitely furnished and cared for.

Property manager never sent check in details ahead of time. I had to call and leave a message and then sent a few texts. No codes provided as owner meets you at property as she lives in the above unit. No book on area, places to eat, etc. There is no washer/dryer in the unit. Finally several Uber drivers told us this was not a good or safe neighborhood to be in. The place was clean. There is Lysol spray and hand sanitizer in every single room which seemed odd. There was a fully stocked bar with partially full bottles of liquor. I have never seen this in a unit before - I would never drink anything from this. The VRBO description should provide more details.

The hosts were amazing and the place was exceptionally clean and cozy. Great location for getting around and for restaurants. Parking was super easy and close. We will definitely book again!

We stayed here to visit our older daughter that lives in New Haven. It was a great location and the hosts were very kind, welcoming, and responsive to all our needs. The home was very clean and had a variety of teas, coffee, honey, and sugar. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice clean spacious home, warm inside while it was cold out. The hosts were available also recommended places eat and drink. I was in town for business and will definitely stay again when I return.
