Lounge - Window enjoying direct views of the Camel Estuary overlooking rear patio and garden. Comfortable lounge seating with occasional tables, lamps and foot cube with TV and DVD player and living flame gas fire.
Dining area - Table with chairs seating 6 people. Window overlooking front garden. Bookcase stocked with books to read and swap.
Kitchen: Window overlooking Front Modern fitted kitchen fully equipped for a self-catering stay. Electric double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, DAB radio. Dishwasher and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 1: King-size bed - Window with views to the estuary. Side tables with lamps. Bedroom chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, hair dryer and TV.
Bedroom 2: Double bed - Side tables with lamps. bedroom chair wardrobe, chest of drawers Window overlooking front garden.
Bedroom 3: Twin Bedroom with single beds - Window with estuary view. Bedside table with lamp. Feature clothes hanging tree.
Family Bathroom - Modern tiled bathroom with obscured high-level window. WC, pedestal hand basin, Bath, shower cubicle with thermostatic and heated towel rail.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. Cupboard with cleaning materials, laundry storage and baskets.
Cloakroom: with window overlooking with estuary views WC and basin and heated towel rail.
Outside
Front Garden-Front Garden laid to lawn bordered by shrubs.
Rear Garden - from the raised terrace - steps lead down to the paved patio area to further seating arrangement and lawned garden area.
Parking - Private driveway parking to the front of the property for 2 cars.
Damage Deposit - Please note: There is a refundable deposit of £100 due prior to commencement of stay.
Please note: A gardener attends to the property once a week with access via a side gate - they do not have access to the house.
Baby Equipment: Highchair supplied.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).
