This place was fantastic! Had room for everyone in our party and then some. Beach location to the house is great and it literally has everything you need. Jennifer is a great host and helped us with absolutely anything that we needed and even helped out immensely when we ran into a hiccup on the trip! We will definitely return!

This was a super-great property to rent in our opinion because the location provided an easy way to go east to Galveston and west to the west-end restaurants, while being able to wind-down in a quiet area of the island not crawling with tourists. Yes, it's off the beaten path as compared to the Strand, but still very convenient to all of the attractions. The nice surprise waiting for us upon entry, was a complimentary nap sack that became indispensable to us when we went to the Strand.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in your home. Room sizes are very generous, well decorated and king size bed soooooooo comfortable!!!!
Well stocked kitchen for all your cooking and/or baking needs. Many enjoyed meals when family came by. Nice fenced in yard fir our 2 little doggies too!
Only area of opportunity we noticed is ceiling fans and vents need a good cleaning. Am looking forward to staying again! Thanks 😊

We had a wonderful and relaxing time during the stay. We just wished the weather cooperated a bit better!! The photos on line do not do the beach house justice. The home is adorable and there is plenty of seating and accommodations. It worked out well that the adults mainly stayed upstairs and our teenagers hung out downstairs in the bedroom which had plenty of beds, restroom and television. I think they enjoyed a little independence.
We easily drove down to the beach and due to the cool and windy weather the beach was not crowded. Having the convenience store and Seven Seas so close were great to grab a few items. We would definitely recommend staying here and we are keeping it on our list for future visits!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean when we arrived and looked just like the pictures. The neighborhood was very quiet. Only slight downside was the public beach closest to the house was very crowded. We drove a few miles further and found a less crowded beach. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it.

We always enjoy our stay! After five summers, it feels like home away from home for us! Very clean, well decorated, and Lauren is very responsive. We look forward to seeing what improvements have been made each year as well.

This beautiful beach house was just perfect for our party of 7! The pictures do not do it justice...it is very well decorated and very clean, with no musky beach smell that we often find in beach houses. It is located in the Jamaica Beach neighborhood, so very close to the beach. We didn't have young children with us but we noticed it had lots of amenities for them...a swing outside, pack n play and a booster seat as well as a toy box. And best of all, the cost was less than for the 7 of us to stay in a hotel! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Such a fun stay here in Jamaica Beach. House was located so close to everything. quick drive across the Main Street to the beach. Loved watching sunsets from the bottom porch. Outdoor shower and downstairs bathroom were a huge hit with the kids. Can’t wait to book again.

The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our food. The beds were SO comfortable and the porch/patio was perfect for relaxing and taking in the nightly sea breeze. As someone who has travelled the world and stayed at well over 100 different locations, I would say this property is top notch. Most impressed with the supplies on hand--well stocked. Our trip consisted of four siblings who haven't been under the same roof in more than 25 years. The property provided the perfect level of comfort for us and the décor is beautiful. I’ve rented quite a few vacation homes and I must say that this one is the most thoughtfully equipped. They had everything we could possibly need for the whole family. We enjoyed our stay very much even though the weather was only nice 1 day there was plenty for the kids to do . I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone.

We rented this beach house as a staycation. This was our first vacation since before Covid. The property was immaculately clean… great layout for hanging with family. Close to the beach but far enough away to get some peace & quite. Will most definitely tell others about this property. We will be back!

When I was saw the beach house on Vrbo I looked at the pictures and amenities taught it was a nice beach house and it was at a good price I read the reviews all reviews were 5 stars.. But when I arrived I was amazed the pictures was accurate to the beach house… But in person the beach house was beautiful and gorgeous it was just spectacular the pictures does no justice everything was equipped as started but it was so much more.. I have a wonderful time and stay going to recommd to family and friends. Can’t wait till next year to rent again…

Everything was clean and ready. Tons of blankets/towels etc. The only negative was the mosquitos in this location but that’s no reflection on the owner. It was almost unbearable so bring some spray!

Really enjoyed the stay at this beach house. The neighborhood was quiet. It’s not too far from the Seawall. It was perfectly clean! Only thing was that the community pool was closed the entire time. It seems to be shut down as we checked every day and it was closed. Online has no contact info. That was the only downfall as we were looking forward to the pool time. Other than that everything was great at the house. Host was available to answer any question. I’d gladly stay again.

Had a great time in Galveston I would highly recommend staying here . Lauren was super sweet and friendly her place was very clean and was more then we expected. I mean I rented other vacation properties before this one is hands down the best. If I would have know about all of the extras that aren’t mentioned I would have saved so much room with over packing . Lol . Love this place it’s definitely a five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Vote for me and my family

The home was clean and very nice. Our kids loved hanging out on the swings and the hammock when they were worn out from the beach...we had everything we needed and so much close by! Would love to come again next year :)
