About this house rental
You will have access to the upstairs portion of the house. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A living-room, kitchen and dining room. You will also have access to the laundry room. **My partner and I do live downstairs full-time with our pups and baby. For complete privacy there is a locked door separating the two living spaces. **This is NOT a party house. This is our home. Please respect that and note that quiet hours start at10:30pm. We sleep directly under the living room/kitchen so please keep levels down and walking to a minimum after 10:30pm
