This property is conveniently located near the Denver international airport.The neighborhood is quiet and very nice for anyone seeking some peaceful stay .The host is very nice and reliable.Always ready to answer any questions regarding the comfort in the property.I would highly recommend this house for any travellers

This house is exactly what we needed for our trip to CO. It was easy to get to, easy to check in and out of, the host was very attentive and helpful, the house was clean and comfy, and the perfect location for the places we wanted to see. We had 6 adults with plenty of space. Highly recommended! We will definitely book again on our next trip!

Extremely clean, well-updated house close to everything! Breweries, shopping, and entertainment options are all only a 10-15 minute drive. The home itself is in a quiet area, and the amenities are ample enough that you only really need to bring your food and beverages. We were too busy to enjoy the back yard area, but it looked like it would be a great place to wind down at the end of a long day. Check in and out were simple, and all communication with the host was friendly and prompt. Absolutely no complaints or regrets for renting this great home.

The house was impeccably clean and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My family stayed here for 11 nights, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. We use VRBO frequently, and this was by far one of our best experiences. We will definitely stay at this house again if it’s available.

We came to Denver to celebrate birthdays. We spent the day at the zoo, and it was an easy drive to the house. My grandchildren had so much fun! There was a Monopoly game that they had to continue the next morning! They wanted to spend another night, one of them said his favorite part was the VRBO house! It was immaculate! The beds were so comfortable! The host was wonderful to work with, he was very reponsive to any question we had.

We rented this home last minute and could not be happier with the entire experience. Communication with the owner was excellent. Owin was quick to respond, facilitated a last minute booking and allowed us a late departure. The home was clean, comfortable, well stocked with all necessities and more, and convenient.

Came for the Thanksgiving weekend to spend with two sons living in Denver (with too-small apartments for a family gathering). We were all able to stay in this house, and had a lovely experience: the house is well appointed, with everything my son needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. The beds are super comfortable, and the entire house is new, clean, warm and inviting. From beginning to end, the owner communicated clearly with us. A great experience!

What a great spot right next to the train and 15mins from Mile High Stadium. All updated and clean amenities were very much appreciated. Host was very communicative and open to helping with anything you may need. Great experience overall!

We came to Denver to visit Elitches and Park Meadows mall. This was the perfect overnight place to relax. Beds are comfy and kitchen is very well equipped. The owner is also very responsive if needed. Perfect stay

We all met in Denver to reunite from when we all lived together as roommates. The house was more than comfortable for 6 people. The beds were SO comfortable, the natural light made the house feel homey, and being in walking distance to the train was very convenient. Owin was very helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions. We would definitely stay again!

House is great size for a family. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are a good size, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Location is great. Close to downtown but in a quiet area. House is very well stocked with more supplies than I expected. If we return, we hope this home is available to rent again!

Excellent property described and pictured well. Lots of extras like a slow cooker, blender, cleaning supplies ,grocery bags, tea and a tea kettle- THANK YOU for that! Us tea drinkers most times have to resort to microwave tea, yuck. Tons of linens ,paper products and a very communicative host. The VERY best VRBO (or ABNB) I have stayed in so far and I've stayed in good amount. My only issue was it wasn't really friendly to walk to the restaurants etc, no sidewalks and a dark, fast road and I think there needs to be hooks in the bathroom for robes and towels.

This is an ideal place if you have a group of 6 or less people that just want a place to chill out after a day of activity in the Denver area. The house is comfortable enough and clean. It’s a plus that the owner is very understanding and accommodating to your needs!

We came to town to see Ed Sheeran and it did not disappoint. The rental was in the perfect location. We used the RTI transit the whole weekend and came hime each night to a quiet clean space. Will rent here everytime.

Owin was swift to reply anytime we messaged and the property was very clean and has all the accessories of home. The distance to a lot of the attractions we visited was less then 30 minutes (Refugee Wild Life Reserve, Denver Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Denver Aquarium, Downtown Denver parks and trails). Easy access to the freeway and airport. Little Gem in Commerce City !!

We were in town for one night, just passing through, but the home worked out perfect. It is nice and new (we stayed 07/20/23), can't say as much for the surrounding properties on the street, but we didn't feel unsafe in any way. If we needed a place to stay in that area again, we definitely wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again.
