Seclusion was what we were looking for & it is what we got. Would definitely recommend & return for more.

Was so excited to stay here, but upon arrival, he was greeted by an ash tray on the front porch. I specifically book non-smoking places, and although this one said there was no smoking on the property, it was evident that that was not true. The house smelled like stale cigarettes. If that was the only issue, i could have looked past it. We were greeted by several wasps as we entered the house with more dead on the floor. This was a constant battle the entire stay with more just appearing as our stay continued. The space was clean on the surface, but after a quick look around, we noticed the following. The couches were terribly worn. You basically sat on the floor they sagged so much. All the pillows were horribly stained with yellow stains. The bed was super worn out with 2 very noticeable divots. light fixtures were full of bugs and wasps. There were clothes in the outside burn pit. Leftover bbq and trash left on the back porch. The bathroom door didn't latch. My spouse and I both became very itchy after sleeping in the bed. The refrigerator was incredibly loud, making an already uncomfortable and itchy sleep almost impossible. A light at the entrance would have been nice, and the code to the property obviously has never been changed, leaving us feeling uneasy. Overall, an absolutely horrible stay would not be recommended.

This was such a beautiful place. It was quiet, remote, and beautiful. The only thing that could have been better was the lawn needed mowed however it had rained alot the week before we came down.

Cute rustic cabin. The items that others complained about haven’t been fixed, the tub doesn’t drain well and the split heat / AC unit in the bedroom is loud.
Love the location and peace.

Great secluded getaway cabin!!! No neighbors, no lights, no noise, period. Loved every second of privacy. The kitchen is amazing, the property is spotless and well maintained...can't wait to go back!!! Would definitely recommend a stay at this beautiful rustic cabin.

We loved this little cabin. Quiet and quaint. Great secluded location. The only down falls I experienced were that the sofa bed should not be utilized. It is in very poor condition and I would really rate it as useable. The second is that neither door to the bathroom will keep anyone from entering even when its locked. Makes going to the restroom in the middle of the night quite uncomfortable as you never know when someone is going to just walk in. All of these are very minor things and overall I would recommend this cabin! we loved it

When we turned on the heating unit in the bedroom it sounded like a jet plane and it caused the other units in the living and kitchen to malfunction. There was a phone number to call re problems. We called. Turned out that person had not managed the property for over 3 years. Although, he was very helpful and helped us troubleshoot. We eventually got in contact with the current property manager. We had to go outside and flip the breaker a couple of times. We shut off the bedroom unit and the other 2 seemed to start working. We planned to grill steaks but the state of the grill was, in my opinion, not usable. Very dirty and rusty. The bathtub doesn’t drain properly (even if it’s a septic it should drain) so you’re standing in nasty water while taking a shower. It’s almost as if the property managers (owners) do the very bare minimum to rent it out. Anyway, the surrounding land/area was beautiful. I don’t think we’d stay there again. But that’s just us.

Upon arrival, we found that the cabin had not been prepared for new guests... dirty towels on floor, unmade bed, etc. Texted local manager... was informed that they were running behind, very sorry etc., maybe we could go to dinner and they would have it cleaned while we ate. We did so - because of the remote location of the cabin, finding a place to eat was a 30+ minute drive away.
When we finally got back, the place had been cleaned (fresh linens, bed made). We were offered a refund on the cleaning deposit for the inconvenience - took the offer.
Next day, first full day, discovered that hot water was not working to majority of cabin (oddly enough we had some hot water on an intermittent basis at the bathroom sink... very odd). Dishwasher in kitchen was either broken or inoperable (no power to it) so had to attempt to wash dished with only cold water, not effective on grease. Did notify the local manager about the hot water issue. Was told that maintenance would be informed. Meantime, spent 2nd (and last) evening and final morning without hot water. Were told that further refunding would be applied though not told what kind or how much.
We did manage to "unplug" and rest peacefully enough, just very let down with the overall experience.

This cabin and location Wes awesome. We had fear in our yard everyday. We even had three young bucks practicing there fight skills for a few minutes one morning. The cabin was clean and very cozy. There a good chance we will stay there again. We love the area.

This is exactly what we were looking for. It was a perfect place to get away and escape everything. There was plenty of land to explore and the waterfront was perfect. Our only issue is that we didn’t stay long enough. We will definitely be back soon and will stay for longer than we did this time.

Peace and quiet. Only the wind in the trees and the birds. Coffee on the front porch watching gods beauty.

Very nice and secluded. Everything was as described. For a cabin in the woods it was well furnished. The furniture on porch and inside was a bit wore and dated. The heat worked well although the unit in main bedroom was very noisy after awhile. It was a nice quiet place to getaway and we will come back.

Very nice place and very secluded. When I say secluded I mean drive until you hear banjos and then drive a couple miles further. Exactly what we were looking for.

Great location. Close proximity to beaver lake access points and Hobbs conservation. The cabin was clean and set up nicely for renters. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place in the area.

Location was beautiful the cabin was perfect! Very clean and well stocked with really anything you could need. If for some reason it gets rainy and floods don't go down Fate Anderson road use the alternative route by placing war eagle mill in your GPS then from the mill place the cabin address in and it will get you there just as good! we couldn't go down Fate Anderson do to flooding across the whole road so check the weather lol but I'm sure that's only an issue if you go during major rainy days like us lol but it was a great stay and will for sure stay again!

Was looking for a quiet cabin the woods and this definitely fit the bill. Super cute cabin with lost in the woods feel while still being within reach of Bentonville/Eureka Springs. Checking in and out was smooth and simple. Would definitely recommend the cabin for a quiet trip away!

HIGHLY recommend. Peaceful and quiet. Perfect getaway from city life. Plenty of room to roam the property. The house is perfect. The bed is amazingly comfy. The bathtub water gets plenty hot for the perfect bubble bath. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen including coffee and spices. The drive out is beautiful as well. No hassles getting in and settled. The after hours # is a great help as I couldn’t figure out the mini split unit. The gentleman was nice and very helpful. I will def be renting this spot again in the future. Again I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Very nice and secluded. Road are not the greatest to get there but we'll worth it. Property was full of wild life and was nice and quiet. Great place to get away!!

We had a great time. Wonderful, quiet, relaxing place.

Overall we had a great stay. Very private. Clean. Check-in and check-out were very easy. There is no access to the water from the cabin. The closest entry is at the gravel boat ramp mentioned in the property description. Nice place to swim or put a jet ski in. There is NOT a charcoal grill. It is a very old charcoal smoker. Big difference, so we had to improvise. My only suggestion is that grills are cheap. A good quality one would be a nice addition. I would stay here again!

Great place to get away from people. Driving to Eureka Springs or Rogers is a pleasant winding drive. No store for groceries is right close to the house so you need to plan to pick those up when you are in either of these places. Cabin was very pleasant and cooled nicely for our summer stay. One thing, they are set up for coffee drinkers, but for those of us who love our tea, well, take your own tea and tea pot…or maybe they will add that before you stay!
Comfortable king bed, bathroom and updated kitchen. Large grounds if you like to roam. Found our way to the water but were not sure if we were trespassing or not. It might be good to have information at the cabin as to where one can walk down to the water legally. :)

Beautiful little cabin with easy access to beaver lake. This is a relax and unwind kind of place. Out in the woods as it should be. The kitchen was so well stocked. All we brought was clothing, food and ourselves. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a getaway with zero distractions. It’s 30 minutes to either Rogers or Eureka springs for shopping, and for state parks Hobbs is very close by.

Communication between myself and the property owner was fantastic. There is a video available as to how to locate the property that was sent ahead of time by the owner. It wasn’t needed but the extra step was nice. Property was clean upon arrival and spacious. For me, it’s proximity to the trail system and Beaver lake was ideal as I ride and also had my paddle board with me. Proximity to Rogers is perfect for any grocery needs. As an FYI... there is no hot ribs but there is a fire pit. This was the perfect spot and I’ll be back- peaceful and a great place to disconnect. Cell service remains intact while there.
2.5
This isn’t a place to catch up on work, this is where you go to let go of everything stressing you. Read a book on the porch, walk the woods. The TV only came in for a brief storm for safety. You get 1 bar of cell service and that’s one too many. We sipped wine, cooked local filet Mignon, and ventured into Eureka for a day. I hope to repeat it again soon!

Cabin was close to Hobbs State Park where we completed a 15 mile hike. We needed a place that would keep us out of the weather since it could have been snow, freezing rain or sunshine. The property worked well for this trip. We were able to visit War Eagle Mill and Caverns and Pea Ridge.

Such an amazing little cabin/property tucked away off the beaten path but only 10 minutes to some of Arkansas' awesome MTB trails. We needed a break from the city and distractions and this is just what the Dr. ordered. Check in was easy and communication was topnotch....we will definitely be back. Thank you for having us stay in your amazing property. House was clean and very well stocked.
