Half a side-by-side duplex property, this home sits less than a mile from the heart of Old Colorado City, a beloved neighborhood of Colorado Springs known for its history, atmosphere, art galleries, restaurants, live music, and more than a hundred unique small businesses. You'll be on the edge of Red Rock Canyon Open Space, less than three miles from Garden of the Gods, and five miles from Cave of the Winds Mountain Park.
After a day of adventure, come home to relax, unwind, and swap stories outside on the covered back deck. There's a gas grill for barbecue dinners and cushioned seats to keep you comfortable for dessert and coffee at sunset.
The interior is open, modern, and centrally air-conditioned, with cool tones of grey featured throughout. Use stainless steel appliances to prepare hearty homemade meals, sit down to enjoy them at the breakfast bar and dining room table, and spend the evening hours streaming movies by the gas fireplace in the living room. A private washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, and three serene bedrooms are provided as well.

We just returned from staying here for a week with our kids (ages 17-22). The house was in a perfect location! Close to Pike's Peak, Old Colorado City, shopping in Colorado Springs, Glen Eyrie, museums, etc... The neighborhood was quiet and the house was very comfortable.

This house is in a great central location. Very easy to get to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Sevan falls and many more places. House was clean and inviting

This rental is in a great location because it is minutes from a number of things we wanted to visit like the Garden of the Gods.
The neighborhood is very quiet. We visited in June, and slept with the windows open at night. The only sounds I heard were crickets, and the occasional car.
We walked to a number of different places, and never felt unsafe. The local residents we encountered were very friendly.
The rental was clean and spacious. Our party of 6 had plenty of room.
The down side, is that there are a number of stairs to navigate. Most of us had no problems, but the 84 year old had difficulties.
I plan to stay here again on any future visits to Colorado Springs.

This property was perfect for our stay. It updated and very clean. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. And the location was very convenient for everywhere we went. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was better than we could've imagined. The house was spacious and clean. Even better than the pics. No issues. Easy check in and check out with email and txt reminders. The host left a nice binder with all the info you'd need for your stay plus recommendations for restaurants and activities if you need inspiration. We had an amazing stay!

This duplex gives easy access to Colorado Springs, Manito Springs and Garden of the gods- 15 min or less drive . This was a comfortable spot for the 7 of us. Only reason I did not give 5 stars all around was because of a non working fan in the master bedroom,an outlet that didn’t work in that bathroom and some deep cleaning needed in some areas. In general it was a clean updated warm & homey atmosphere . I would stay here again and recommend this place. There was no issue hearing the group on the other side of the duplex and parking was good for all of us.

This house was very nice. Close to nearby old Colorado and downtown shopping and restaurants. It does however have 2 sets of stairs to climb up and down. Would definitely stay there again.
