This house offers many lounging areas, the main living room, the sunroom that's perfect for watching a game while grilling and sun in the loungers pool side. This is the perfect fully stocked vacation home to never have to leave but is also only minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine and many restaurants, bars and shopping!
Walk into the main living room, fully stocked kitchen and large dining table. There are sliding doors out to the sunroom, that acts as a second living room with tv and many sitting areas. Head out to the new pool and fully fenced in backyard with grilling area. Back inside you will find three bedrooms.

Bedroom 1-
King bed and en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2-
2 queen beds and streaming TV.

Bedroom 3-
Bunk room with 2 bunk beds and TV: 1 single over single and 1 single over double.

Also, a shared full bathroom is located in the hall.

Every part of the home is available for guest use. We have a locked owners closet.

No smoking in property, including sunroom and garage.

Pool is not heated, absolutely no items like chairs in the pool, no glass by the pool or pool deck.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! 2 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s) we love to hear about them!

*Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $175 1 or 2 dogs for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
