Great Stay!
We only came across one issue during our stay, and it was solved quickly in an agreeable manner. We loved the location. There were grocery stores and lots of good food close by. The apt itself was spacious and clean. We loved it!

Kona Plaza #212 was the perfect rental for our stay in Kailua Kona. It was clean, spacious and just a block off the waterfront area. Easy walk to restaurants and spectacular sunsets. Good proximity to Safeway and Walmart for supplies. Overall the perfect place for us!

My Paradise Island
I used vrbo to book an 11-day family trip to celebrate my daughters Sweetsixteen.
I was a little nervous because I've never used this app before, let alone renting from a third-part property just based on a few nice pictures/reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised to see this gorgeous condominium that looked just like the pictures and described to the T. The best part about Kona Plaze is that it's located in the heart of coconut Grove walking distance from the fruit market, shopping centers, and very nice restaurants on the water front. Knutson & Associates, take care of any concerns or problems that come our way immediately, I would definitely book with this company again.

Perfect Location/Condo
First time rental on this site. Very happy with our decision. The location is amazing with so many restaurants and shops nearby. There are Smart TVs in every room and internet worked great. The Condo was very clean. The kitchen is very upscale with everything you need. Air-conditioning and washer/dryer worked fantastic. Secure underground parking and comfortable beds.

Awesome Stay in Kona!
Wow! Kona Plaza 212 is a really great condo located in the heart of Kona. Our family found the experience to be excellent. The condo itself is well appointed, has great Wifi, and comfortable furniture. We easily walked around town, then ventured to nearby beaches. We will definitely check out this same condo the next time we are on the Big Island.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was exactly as pictured and was well appointed. Quiet. Nice location in Kona.
The only thing that was a bit of a negative is there are a lot of rules. In reality, they're no big deal--no smoking, keep the parking pass in the right spot in the car, etc--but there are a lot of reminders on the property.

Stayed here for the Ironman World Championship. Fantastic location- very convenient and close to race venue, and many restaurants, all within short walking distance. The condo was great. All updated kitchen. Lots of space. Great having washer/dryer. Convenient parking underground. Hold not have picked a better spot for race week. Very happy with our stay.

Clean and Updated Condo in Heart of Kona
Condo has been very nicely updated, A/C worked well and the enclosed lanai makes the living room very spacious. Everything was clean and all the necessary kitchenware was available.
If you have stayed at other Hawaii condos, please be aware that there is minimal beach gear available (2 boogie boards). At first we were disappointed but by keeping all the closets clean and free of clutter they can control pests and we did not see any bugs in the condo during the entire stay, which is a first in Hawaii.
The location is fantastic and we would not hesitate to stay here again.
If you have stayed at other Hawaii condos, please be aware that there is minimal beach gear available (2 boogie boards). Nice condo unit in a great location in town with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and activities. Free parking in secure underground lot. Would stay here again. Property Management service very convenient with email and texts messaging on directions, check-in/out processes.

Upscale property and excellent location
The condominium is very well upscaled with newer appliances, floors and bathrooms. Couch is very cozy and full with internet/tV technology. Location was great with next to the beach , Ali drive.

Overall we enjoyed our stay,when we first arrived the floors caused our feet to be dirty,we mentioned this and it was promptly cleaned and mopped the one disappointment was the pool which our two girls really wanted to use was closed the whole time we were there

Great condo and
Condo was as nice as it is pictured. Very spacious which was great for our toddler. Location is in the middle of Kona town and very convenient, close to everything. Elevator was extremely helpful for my parents who can’t walk up stairs. Property Management team was kind, helpful and quick to respond. Exceptional customer service!
