Updated one-story home in Featherwind area of Grayhawk, four minutes from Grayhawk Golf Club, host of the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Division championships. Convenient but very quiet home location (equidistant from Scottsdale/Hayden).

Guest rooms: front (king bed) and middle (2 twins) are well-appointed with comfortable beds, hotel-quality linens, new Coop pillows and USB connections for charging on both sides of the bed.

The home sits on a very quiet street with a playground at the end of the street that includes a basketball court, including a just added 7 foot rim for small ones and access to Grayhawk walking and biking trails.
Transit:
Prestigious location, 4 min from Grayhawk Golf Club (Raptor and Talon), Grayhawk Dining. A few minutes to the 101 freeway where you can head south to Talking Stick Casino, WestWorld, Barrett-Jackson, Scottsdale Stadiums, Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter shopping and dining corridors and Old Town with Art Galleries, Fashion Square and great bars and restaurants. House is very close to several hiking trails. The Gateway loop and others are within five minutes by car. (PHX) Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is 24 minutes by car, depending on time of day and traffic.
HOUSE RULES:
- Must be 25 years or older to rent. Renting person must be staying in the home.
- Quiet Hours 10 pm to 6 am. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Children must be supervised at all times. Side yard gate and auto-closing slider from house to pool must be closed and locked when children are at the property. Combo lock is provided for side yard gate. Front door is accessed via electronic SMART lock with code provided by owner. No physical house keys provided.
- No smoking allowed on premises.
- No parking in the street overnight. Park in driveway or in the two in-garage spots available with two provided garage door openers. Third garage spot is reserved for owner's stored and covered car. No RV parking.
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- NO PETS: unfortunately, due to our extreme allergies and guest preference, we cannot accept pets of any kind. Thank you for kindly obeying this rule.
- BBQ: Clean the BBQ grill before leaving
- Trash: Excess trash, that does not fit in the large provided trash cans must be removed by guests.
NOTE: This property's maximum occupancy is four adults and two children.

We are so thankful to our hosts for providing the perfect home away from home. The house was in immaculate condition and the pool was a special bonus on hot days after golf. This is our 2nd time to stay there and we invited guests who also thought the property was awesome. The location is premium and next to lots of great golf and restaurants. The decor is modern and welcoming. We highly recommend staying there and will continue to do so in the future.

My husband and I stayed at Ken's house in Grayhawk over 4th of July weekend.
This was by far the best VRBO house we have ever rented. From the moment you walk in the front door the place was spotless, beautifully decorated, with modern amenities. The pool was so clean and refreshing. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The owner even left out the garage door openers which was great to allow us to park in the garage during 115 degree temperatures.
We loved the location of the property in Grayhawk with access to great restaurants, coffee shops and resort amenities.
Would definitely stay here again!

From the minute we entered the house we were thrilled… 2 adults and 2 older teens. We have rented in various areas and this was one of our favorites…. Spotless, great location, very well equipped and well stocked. In addition , the owner was very available, helpful, and left a lovely “welcome basket “ full of goodies. Would highly recommend.

We have been traveling to the Valley of the Sun for over 30 years, staying at homes after giving up on noisy resorts a long time ago.
This home located north of the 101 is as advertised, no phony pics here. You get the quiet being in Greyhawk, but still located close to conveniences and dining options. The home has more amenities than we could use during our week long stay.
We would highly recommend for a couple or group up to 6.

We were there for a golf trip and the house was centrally located which enabled us to spend more time relaxing than commuting. The home is very spacious and well appointed with new appliances and furnishings. It was creatively decorated and very comfortable. The pool area was perfect for after golf relaxing. The hosts were extremely easy to get ahold of and communicated very well. The home literally had everything we needed and the welcome gift was a very nice touch. We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again.

We only spent a week in town, but the house was perfect for us. We had 3 people staying there, so there was plenty of space and privacy if needed. The backyard was small, but perfect for us with the pool and the lovely birds singing every morning. Great location with a Starbucks within walking distance! :)

This was the perfect spot for our family to spend a week in the sunshine. The home was updated, clean, cozy, and had a number of amenities that just made the stay easy and stress-free. We enjoyed the heated pool, neighborhood walks, bike rides, nearby shopping, and many other daily outings that were close by. The owners were friendly and had excellent communication. We would definitely stay here again!
