About this villa rental

Villa Veranda Camaiore, is an elegant Tuscan country villa located on the first row of hills facing the beach, ideally located in the center of the most famous tourist area of Tuscany, surrounded by greenery, in privacy and tranquility but not isolated, very close to the beach, it is the closest to the sea hill's villa in the area with 5 restaurants and the supermarket within walking distance, less than a mile away.
Entrance and private driveway, 2 covered parking spaces and 3 more in the large private square in front of the house also for large SUVs or minivans.
The villa is surrounded by a big park, a very spacious covered veranda with outdoor fireplace, barbecue and grill, panoramic terraces equipped for dining and with a gazebo.
An architectural staircase that follows the slope of the hill leads to the swimming pool area which is fully fenced.
The swimming pool, all the villa and the entire property itself are private for the exclusive use of Villa Veranda guests. The owner has no longer lived in the building or property since 2021
15 meters long and 7 meters wide, almost 3 meters deep pool equipped with ladder, diving board, shower and changing room with 10 Comfortable sun loungers around it and also are there umbrellas, armchairs and a table for aperitifs - poolside snacks.

On the ground floor large living room overlooking the veranda with high ceilings and mezzanine.
Completely renovated and from 2023 season greatly enlarged kitchen with 5 burners, 2 sinks, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher.
On the ground floor there are also three double bedrooms one of which also has a single bed and two bathrooms.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom . Two more bathrooms on the first floor.
Downstairs the second livingroom with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
5 Double bedrooms, 1 Triple bedroom, 1 Single bedroom, in total of 7.
3 bathrooms with shower 1 with shower in bathtub, 1 with bathtub only. 5 bathrooms in total.
High speed internet, excellent wifi coverage throughout the house and outside. Sat tv.
Air conditioning in all double and triple rooms. From season 2025 also in the living room.
Additional costs: user consumption included. Deposit to be managed on site.
Cleaning fee and supply of sheets, towels: €50 per person to be paid upon arrival.
Tourist tax € 1,5 per person per day

Location: The villa is on the very first hills in the center of Versilia, facing the renowned beaches of Marina di Pietrasanta and Lido di Camaiore. Ideal for those who want to be in the center of the most famous and appreciated seaside area of Tuscany, enjoy dozen miles of beach, hundreds of restaurants and clubs for the evening, several centers for all kinds of shopping, marinas, beach promenades, piers, artistic and picturesque villages.
And all this can also be reached by bike! To get to the villa it is not necessary to take long climbs and face numerous curves and winding roads.
The relaxation of the greenery, the tranquility of the valley that surrounds us, the privacy and comfort of the swimming pool, the satisfaction of setting the table outdoors or cooking on the grill, the easy private parkings, a big fabulous villa are at your complete disposal and just seven minute drive to the beach or to the shopping center or ten minutes walk to the village supermarket or to restaurants.

Overall our stay was great. The villa was lovely and our host Daniele was very helpful and attentive. The villa is in a quiet location with stunning views. There was a short walk to the local shops and a short drive to the beach clubs and beautiful Pietrasanta. The pool is a fantastic feature and kept us cool in the heatwave! Our only grumble was that there is only air conditioning in the bedrooms which made the lounge kitchen etc unusable in the heat. The beach towels are in need of an upgrade but these are all minor points. Overall it was very good.

This property more than lived up to the photos and descriptions. In fact, the outside space was even more beautiful, private, and peaceful than we anticipated. The home was plenty big to accommodate our group of 9. I would stay here again in a heartbeat—it was paradise!

Absolutely perfect spot for our family of adult children and six grandkids. Pool area was fabulous,, as were all of the outdoor spaces. Loved that is was walkable to several restaurants and cafes. Surrounding area gave us just enough to do, enjoyed all the beach clubs nearby. Daniele was a great host. Would highly recommend.

Villa Veranda exceeded our expectations by far! The pictures simply don’t capture the beauty of the view and the charm of the interior. Daniele was very accommodating and helpful, provided a number of recommendations and was quick to respond when we needed assistance. We were very sad to leave this beautiful villa and we would return in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay at this modern and updated villa in Tuscany. We especially enjoyed the many outdoor spaces, the view of sunsets, and the air conditioned bedrooms. Daniele was an excellent host and handled any issue we had quickly. I would give the location a 4 star review due to two small issues. There are many barking dogs at night in the neighborhood, and the streets are narrow to get up to villa. I know these are both issues typical for rural Italy.. The pool was splendid and the grounds were maintained very well. I would definitely return again and would recommend.

Hard to find anything negative to say about this place - the villa internally was excellent with all rooms comfortable and well equiped - especially the kitchen. Outside was just as good with several terraces for eating alfresco, or just chilling, in shade or sunshine. And the pool was the best bit of all - a good size, and just great for the youngsters in our group...and the oldsters too. The only minor issue we had was actually finding it on the first day, but that was more of a satnav issue than anything else - don't try to drive along the track in front of the villa - its really only a footpath. Stick to the road which is narrow, but well surfaced. Thanks Daniele!

We cannot say enough to describe this wonderful property! Great location to beach and restaurants. We relaxed on the veranda for hours at a time. Our grandkids loved the big clean pool with a diving board. Daniel was helpful with places to eat and any questions we had. We would love to go back!

I absolutely loved villa Veranda! We just got back from a week spent at this beautiful villa. We were a group of 5,kids age varied(7,11,13) and we had the best time. The swimming pool was a hit with everyone and we walked easily to some yummmy pizzerie. The sea side is only 10 minutes drive and it’s well worth going. Daniele was amazing on helping us with everything since our journey there wasn’t as straight forward as we wanted it to be. So... thank you! We had the best time and we hope that we will return at some point 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Wonderful house with fantastic swimming pool, close to the beaches of Camaiore, Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi. Daniele was very welcoming and continuously available for questions and follow up. He provided excellent advice on good restaurants, many of which we tried. This is a good house with excellent facilities, a great host and close to many places to visit including Pisa, Lucca and Florence.

We stayed two weeks in villa veranda, and enjoyed it very much! The house is spacious, the outdoor space is very enjoyable with a big garden, a nice swimming pool, and a fire place where we had barbecues. The owner, Daniele, has been super helpful and gave us some good advice regarding shops etc. in the area. Would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Daniele's villa and he was the perfect host, even driving us to Tosca at the nearby Puccini festival. The villa is cool, with efficient air conditioning in the two main bedrooms. The veranda is perfect for breakfast and evening meals, and the pool is excellent. We would definitely recommend a visit and would love to return.

We stayed for 12 days in "Veranda". Great Location with nice views and an extraordinary terrace and pool. The house was clean, the rooms convenient for two families with kids. We especially enjoyed the BBQ area and outdoor living with couches and dining table. The location is close to the village and beach and also perfect to visit the surrounding points of interest such as Lucca, Pisa or Florence. Only minor minus were the very active/barking dogs in the neighbourhood. Whenever we plan to visit Tuskany again, we will definitely come back!

Просто замечательно отдохнули всей семьей.Удивительная растительность .Большой бассейн, что особенно понравилось нашим детям, который чистят несколько раз в неделю. Вокруг бассейна есть деревянные шезлонги и зонтики.Просторная веранда и зона барбекю (можно купить свежую рыбу в порту, это не далеко ) .Вилла очень хорошо расположена, находясь в тихом месте, она одновременно находится очень близко ко всем необходимым магазинам, ресторанам и т.п.Местные бары и рестораны не разочаровали ,советую заказывать рыбные блюда. Местные пляжи находятся очень близко, где вечером открыто до поздна практически все, поэтому соскучиться невозможно.Спасибо Вам за возможность насладится Вашей виллой! У нас был превосходный отдых!

It is with pleasure that we give good feedback seen as we loved the villa. We enjoyed the quiet (despite the few annoying dogs in the area), the sea and the restaurants that specialise in local cuisine. The house is tastefully furnished in every room, clean, the spacious outdoors is well maintained, and although the kitchen is not that big, it is however functional and above all, close to the terrace where it is possible to dine while enjoying the great view. We highly recommend this villa and would stay there again.
