This beautiful beach sanctuary is a classic totally restored home with unobstructed ocean views. Enjoy your retreat in a sought-after location with stunning white water views of waves crashing over the rocks of picturesque Arch Point from master bath. Direct access to the sand beach. Restored with modern appliances and fixtures, this coastal contemporary home is located on one of Laguna's most famous beaches. Elegantly transformed, this home is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with beautiful cottage windows and wood flooring throughout. The specious and modern gourmet kitchen overlooks the living room and the ocean. One bedroom is upstairs and downstairs two additional suites await with beautiful new bathrooms and they both open up to an enclosed patio. Listen to the sound of surf from every location in this vacation home. Wake up and head to Cafe Heidelberg or Laguna Coffee for the best coffee and pastries in town. Walk to the corner to a variety of great restaurants all located on the same block - Mozambique, Wine Gallery, Rumari, Saigon Beach, Seahorse Bar and Maro Grill.
