B22 is a stunning condo that overlooks the Jack Nicklaus golf course. This spacious, 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath condo is professionally decorated in a contemporary, vibrant & colorful fashion. Not only will you enjoy the condo itself, it's large private outdoor terrace, the lovely pools at the boutique condominium complex, you will delight in the premium membership it holds, this allowing you access to all the private beach clubs of Punta Mita.

The published condo rental rates includes a cook, 6 person golf cart and daily housekeeping.

Please note there is a 3% service fee that will be sent as an additional payment request through VRBO and payable on booking.

Rental includes daily housekeeping, and as part of that service the housekeeper will prepare a delicious home cooked family style meal each day - breakfast or lunch - you just pay for the cost of the food! Also includes Premier Membership Golf, your personal concierge and 6 seat golf cart.

Premium Punta Mita Membership (GOLF) includes access to Kupuri Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Porta Fortuna (SUFI) Beach Club and El Surf Club at La Lancha. (fees may apply)

Access to Golf Courses, Gym, and Tennis courts. (fees apply)

Additional fees apply and access is prioritized for hotel guests for access to St. Regis Beach Club and access to Four Seasons Beach Club. (so cannot be guaranteed)

We planned a girls trip and the condo worked out perfect for us. Enjoyed the breakfast very much and having all our groceries ready for us. The golf cart was new and worked fantastically. The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. Access to all the beach clubs is a must when going to Punta Mita. Maria was very responsive and a great host. We plan to return again in the near future!

I can't say enough good things about our stay at this property as well as our interactions with the property concierge, Fernanda, was amazing! We had some one off requests (like finding us a fishing pole to rent so that a member of our group could fish) to helping us secure a lost stuffed animal after we left and she delivered above and beyond each time. Betty's was also so lovely to be around each day and her meals were fantastic! We'll be back!

Lovely stay at Punta Mita! Pedro at Vallarta Rentals made our trip effortless. Thank you Pedro! I would definitely rent from this property manager again. House exactly as pictured, gorgeous! Your housekeeper Nelly was AWESOME, like family. The only negative is, there is a lot of construction going on in the area so if you stay in area, be sure to ask before you book.

The condo was perfect, decorated beautifully. Our Concierge was perfect and able to help with anything. The only issue we had was with the golf cart. It appears this needs to be replaced and sadly, we spent a few days dealing with this. (Getting stuck)

Our group of three adults and four children had a wonderful stay. we have stayed in Punta Mita and also Las Terazzas many times before and the unit was largely as expected. There was an issue with the washing machine not working and also the patio door in the master stuck 4" ajar for the duration of our stay - but these issues were not significant enough to disrupt our stay. My family would gladly return.
