Light and bright with penthouse high ceilings - there is a desk for your laptop or tablet, with peek a boo views of the ocean to enjoy from windows and the deck. Make yourself at home with ample comfortable seating, and everything you need to enjoy yourself and relax. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen with stainless-steel appliances has everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals.
The large wraparound patio with outdoor living area is a great spot to spend the evening barbecuing and sipping on a glass of wine or your favorite cocktail. The cozy living room with flat screen television is a great place to snuggle up for movie night.

My family had the best time in Dana Point. This has become our favorite vacation spot and we will be booking this condo again in the future! It was the cleanest rental we have ever been in and very well stocked with everything we needed. Next time we will bring our Roku device, because the TVs are not able to stream, but honestly we spent little time watching with all there is to enjoy in Dana Point.
Location was amazing! We drove to Salt Creek Beach every day which was just minutes down the road, but the trail from the condo to Salt Creek was the most beautiful trail I have ever walked! We did NOT want to leave!

We had a fantastic stay and the condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean, smelled good and the area was safe and quiet.
We arrived late due to a long travel day, and the door code that had been emailed to me prior did not work. We were tired and ready to go to bed, so this was frustrating. I called the business owner directly and she picked right up. The other person had sent the wrong code. The owner was helpful and got us into the condo with the correct code.
This unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so be ready for climbing stairs.

I can't say enough good things about this rental. We were not disappointed about anything. The area is very upscale and close to everything we wanted to experience in California. The condo is on the 3rd floor and the steps were challenging with all our luggage - but I was glad to be on the top level since we were able to see small views of the ocean. I recommend the scenic walk to the ocean - the views were outstanding but the climb back up the hills to "home" was a steep hike! We didn't discover the ocean out look spa/hot tub until the last day. (It was only steps away) I would have spent every day there . . . the view was spectacular! I hope those who live in Cali realize how blessed they are to have such beauty all around them!

The place was just as described and was a perfect place to homeschool and vacation for the week. Easy walk to the beach, great pool/spa and the place was very clean and comfortable. The dedicating was very inviting and the little touches were much appreciated - soaps, shampoo, beach towels, kitchen supplies, etc. We had a wonderful stay abs can’t wait to come back!

We live in Palm Springs, so a trip to the beach is wonderful. Our July 2021 visit to Dana Pointe couldn't have been better, and this
easy, breezy home in Ritz Pointe in Monarch Hills was perfect. Maybe you'll need a bit more than your tooth brush, but the flat had everything else would would want . Comfortable, exceptionally clean, quiet ( great for sleeping) and those glorious breezes and a sun bathing on the spacious balcony. Ideal. Close to everything, We highly recommend for your next trip to Dana Pointe.

We spent 2 full weeks at this great location in Dana Point. The condo was well stocked, clean, and ready for everything we needed. The furnishings were comfortable and allowed for relaxing and feeling at home. It was no issue for us, but be aware this is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very well equipped and lovely decorated. You‘ll feel very comfortable right when you enter. The balcony is great too and the location is super quiet. Pool/beach towels are provided and we were happy to use the beach supplies, such as chairs, umbrellas and cart.
We would come and stay again any time.

Beautiful condo that was well maintained and extremely clean. Very spacious for four adults with luxury feel. Condo is located next to upscale neighborhood and monarch golf club and close to ritz Carlton which made for enjoyable and scenic walks. Loved our stay.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood but close to all the attractions of Dana Point. We especially enjoyed the path to Salt Creek. The condo is very nice with everything we needed to be comfortable. We had a great time!

The location was excellent. The neighbohood was quiet. The unit had everything we could possiy need, and there were detailed instructions on nearly everything. The beds were comfortable with great sheets and towels throughout. This is a great base for all of your SoCal adventurers. And the price was less than a hotel (and I work for Marriott).

The master bedroom mattress was incredibly comfortable and I’m super picky! I have a bad back and slept perfectly every night. Cable was a great bonus as well. The condo has everything you need to cook a nice meal and is super close to the lovely ocean view jacuzzi. Will definitely book again.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo over the Christmas holiday break. The condo is better than the pictures - clean, spacious, fully stocked and recently renovated. We were a party of 3 but we had plenty of room throughout our 5 day stay. The condo is located in a beautiful, quiet, gated community with a walking trail along the golf course to the beach. It was perfect. The property manager was easy to contact and even let us check in a little early. We really enjoyed our stay and this condo was perfect in so many ways. We will be back for sure.

The condo was beautiful, it was fresh and clean and updated. Dana Point is a beautiful town in Orange County. We were in town to visit family in San Diego, Huntington Beach, mission Viejo and LA. We also wanted to fit a trip to Disney in there, the location was amazing we were right between all of our family no location was too far. The walk to the beach was stunning! There are beautiful views the entire walk down there which is about a 20min walk. The pool was beautiful and heated! The condo came equipped with everything that you could need while being on vacation at the beach! There were beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cart, beach toys, two beach umbrellas and a big cooler bag. There is a washer and dryer right in the condo! I truly can not say enough great things about the rental and Dana Point! I wish I was still at the condo now writing this review from the deck watching the humming birds fly around!

I spent 25 nights with my wife and a 4 year old grandson.
The unit, being on the top floor, has a highest ceiling and more than sufficient sunlight. Everything I need has been prepared. The unit was clean enough at the time of check-in. The furniture was well equipped as much as I could enjoy my stay. TV sets were too well supplied, one each in bed rooms and another in the living room.
If I'm asked to name one defect out of this apartment, I would say, "It is too good."

This was our time using VRBO and AnnMarie made it all very easy for us. My wife, two sons (25 and 20), and I really enjoyed this spacious condo and its close proximity to several beaches. The washer, dryer, and kitchen appliances were so convenient. Thank you for allowing us to extend our stay. We would love to stay here again. AnnMarie, thank you for making this an excellent vacation stay.

This was our first time renting a condo and will never stay in a hotel again if we can help it. The condo was great. Plenty of room to spread out. Our teenage daughter loved having her own room and bathroom. Beautiful walk to the beach (some people might not like the hill you have to walk up on the way back, but we did not mind it). Give it a try, it really is nice. Condo was a short drive to Laguna, Newport, and Huntington beaches. Great location. We highly recommend you give this place a try. We will definitely be back.
