Excellent area and certainly large enough for 12 people. Very close to the Creation Museum etc.

We had a wonderful time there with my family. It was big enough that we did not fill crowded. It was a wonderful place.

We were in town for a Family Reunion. This house was perfect for us, with bedrooms to spare! The pictures online were exactly as is. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was in working order. We took the Ferry back and forth to the Cincinnati side. Everything was so convenient. Thank you so much, Wanda!

We had 9 people in our group but could have easily fit lots more. There is a big room where an entire group can gather and small spaces for people to spread out. Also nice large seating areas for eating. We had a great time!

Wanda was a very responsive host who went above and beyond to compensate for the home having internet and wifi issues. Our one teenager brought his xbox but we did not have any dvds. Wanda borrowed some dvds and made a trip to drop off the dvds in the evening. We had a couple movie nights thanks to Wanda.

This is a beautiful house in a private and peaceful setting. It was very clean and well equipped with ample space for a large group. I highly recommend this house.

We stayed here for just under a week. Our party was comprised of our parents, three siblings and spouses, and our 8 young children. The home was very clean and tidy when we arrived. We loved that the home was fairly secluded and located in the country. Our host left wonderful instructions as to the best way to enjoy our stay and the home. I appreciated she stayed in great communication about how to access the home which made it easy to check in. The only thing we would have changed would be we would have preferred the grass be kept a bit shorter. The kids weren’t able to play much outside as a result of the long grass and we found multiple ticks which might have been reduced by a neater yard.

The home was very spacious, the property was peaceful and well equipped, everyone enjoyed themselves.

This home was just what we needed to be home base while we were sight-seeing in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio! Clean, comfortable, well stocked, and the host was very easy to communicate with. There is plenty of room to spread out in the bedrooms, bathrooms, 2 dining areas and 2 living rooms/spaces. Kitchen has almost everything one could possibly need on vacation. Great flat yard in the back for a game of baseball.

We were a group of 3 sisters, our husbands, 6 year old, 3 x 13 year olds, 15, 16, 17, and 19 year old. The home has plenty of seating space in the two different living areas, eating space in the kitchen and dining room, as well as bedroom space. Our fourteen family members were never cramped. We did cook and found the kitchen to be well stocked. And, best of all, Wanda was fantastic when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this house!

Stocked with everything you could need, clean, comfortable beds. Quiet and beautiful property.

The house is in a beautiful setting. There is room for everyone to gather to talk or play games. There is plenty of private space for time alone. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked to cook. The grill was a nice addition. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Beautiful setting and close to all the local attractions

We loved this property. Had a group of 9 going skiing at nearby Perfect North (just 15 mins away). There was nothing close by like shops or restaurants but that was fine with us as we didn't need those amenities. Plenty of room to accommodate us all and it was so calm and peaceful after a long day of skiing and dealing with crowds at the slopes. The view of the sunrise over the barn was just lovely. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, coffee cups, etc to make it easy for whipping up a quick breakfast. We will definitely stay at this property again.

The house was perfect for our long weekend of skiing. The rooms accommodated everyone perfectly. The house was nicely equipped and Wanda was easy to communicate with. My only feedback was that the main level bedroom did not have any doors. There were only curtains in doorways for privacy which would be less than ideal on the main level.

This house was great. Plenty of room for us to relax and sleep. I was super thankful that not only does it sleep many, but the dining room table feed all 8 of us and there was room to pull up more chairs if we needed. House was clean and great location to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. We look forward to staying here again.

Family friendly house, excellent stay and plenty of room!

We really enjoyed the house and it's location.

Very clean and spacious with a beautiful tree lined driveway and spacious yard which I wish we would have had more time to enjoy..The house supplies a fire pit with firewood, a pack and play and a walker if needed and my grand children enjoyed the games Relax in the quit country after spending the day on the slopes

It was a lovely location and a cozy home. It could use more light in the living room and heat in the 4 season room. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the location as we are country people ourselves. The dryer seems to have issues, but mostly worked. Thank You !!

We needed a place that was decently centrally located for my husband and I and all of his sibs and their spouses. The house had plenty of space to spread out so that we weren't constantly stepping on each other but great places to sit and talk in big or small groups. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen too and plenty of bathrooms. And the property was absolutely beautiful!! It was perfect!

This property is in an excellent location to visit these two attractions. We were able to drive to the Ark for a one-day visit and then the Creation Museum the next day. For our family group of five, all seniors/+65, the property was very comfortable.

The property worked out great for our extended family of 13 when visiting the creation museum. Would highly recommend!

This is a nice big house back in the woods on a beautiful piece of property where it is quiet and peaceful. If you are going to stay here, look for the address on the brick mail boxes. My GPS told me I arrived at a barn down the street and I drove past the house twice before I found it. It is only 5 min from the Creation Museum which was very convenient for us since that was one of the attractions we came to visit.

We are from TN and met cousins from WI here at this house. It was the perfect place for the 8 of us. We had two elderly women with us and the property was great for them. We sat outside and had a fire in the evening. We sat on the front porch in the shade during the day. We visited The Creation Museum one day and The Ark Encounter the next. The house was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. I highly recommend this property.

We were a party of 8, and there was ample room for all. The house was clean and the property is large and quiet. We visited the Creation Museum, Ark Encounter and the Land of Illusion water park. We were able to enjoy home cooked dinners together around the large dining table each night and after there was separation between the card players and tv watchers. Deer, fireflies, butterflies and frogs were our backyard entertainment. Just perfect.

We took a church group to see the ark encounter and creation museum, and this place was a wonderful location for them both. The whole group loved the spacious home, plenty of room to play games. And and close proximity to the attraction we wanted to see. The host was kind and very quick to respond to messages.

Beautiful property, very serene, deer roaming in the evening. Very quiet. I want to live here.
