This place was so great for a group trip to Hot Springs. The driveway steepness was no joke, but we found plenty of parking on the street, and didn't have to drive our cars once we were there, because everything was so close. We had everything we needed at the house, and it was especially good for group meals and board games in the evenings.

Wonderful stay at the Elizabeth. Love the modern touches to the older house. Very clean and beds comfortable. Walking distance to Central Ave where all the restaurants, bathhouse and boutiques are. The hot tub is a nice perk after a long day of walking or hiking and very private. House is as described. The door code box is the only negative experience as it took 45 min to get in when we arrived Friday evening. Called customer service e who had us keep entering code. You have to pull door towards you hold down latch enter code a few times before opening. It never lets you select the ✔️ you are advised to do after entering code. There is no other way for customer service to help you in. They will send message to local management but you have no idea how long that will be. Weekend started with a little negative experience but ended as a wonderful stay at the Elizabeth house. Driveway is very steep to drive up into but parking on street as described. We would stay again.

The home was close to every place we wanted to visit.

This home was lovely. Old world charm, but modernized. The house was clean, had plenty of linens, and very comfortable. Tons of sleeping accommodations and seating for a larger group. The proximity to the main street in Hot Springs was fantastic - easy walk. My biggest issue was with Vacasa customer service. The front door handle broke upon entry (stripped on the inside). We didn't realize it until we went to go out the next morning. There is a back door, but since the lock box with the code is on the front door, we had no way to leave the home and lock up. It took 8+ hours, including several calls/texts to Vacasa, and then finally a call to VRBO customer support to get someone out there to fix it. Really ruined the first day of our weekend trip. I would rate the home higher if it wasn't for such a poor customer experience with Vacasa.

All the guests on my trip enjoyed their beds, the amenities, and comfort at this house.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to visit downtown Hot Springs. The house was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go for the weekend. Yes, the driveway was steep. We couldn’t easily drive our RDX up it, but the other couple who met us there, were able to easily get their Escalade up. Definitely recommend and will stay here again!

Family had plenty of room to relax and visit .
Perfect location for exploring .

A great location and very nice house. I would stay there again.
The driveway is very steep (the property owner discloses this fact but you will need four wheel drive and courage to get up the driveway).

Great liked the house good location close to everything… the house itself I thought was really nice and clean… the only things that were a problem is 1) that driveway lol holy cow they say you might need a 4x4 to get up it boy they were not playing your climbing a mountain to get to the garage if you make it…. It was fun for us but they were not joking if it’s raining well good luck my friends. There is parking by the highway so if you can’t make it don’t worry… and the other is we showed up at 10:30pm I had to use my phone to get up the porch and open the door for my family… they have motion lights but it would have been nice to have a real light at least at the front door so you can see what your walking into… other than that I would be more than happy to stay at that house again….

The place was perfect for our birthday celebration in Hot Springs. My only complaints: the drive was ice covered due to recent weather. The local person's response was to drop salt off for us to deal with it. This should have been handled by them and ideally before our artival. Instead we did salt the drove at our our risk of falling. Unfortunately, it did not melt enough to use and we had to hall our stuff up and down the hill. Also, upon leaving we accidentally set the alarm off. It took 20 minutes to get assistance after multiple attempts. Making us late to our reservations. We attempted to contact the alarm company, but they were unable to help us at all. We called the police to let them know it was a false alarm. Understandably, they are required to dispatch regardless unless they are contracted by the alatm company. Once we finally was able to speak with the local petson, via text, the answer was to leave it and the local support would address it.
When we arrived back the alarm was no longer running as it appeared they had unplugged it.?? Finally, we were unable get the dishwasher to start. Probably our confusion.
Again, the place is really nice and was great for our group. We were simply disappointed with the lack of support from the local team.

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk from downtown. Once we figured out the hot tub was in sleep mode, we had a very relaxing vacation.

The house was very nice with lots of charm, it is well furnished and in a great location. We could walk to town or hiking trails in just a few minutes. We would happily stay there again.
We had two complaints, one is Vacasa doesn't leave enough dishwasher detergent for a house that sleeps 10 (a little less than one tablet per day) and wouldn't give us more which is overall a minor issue. The other complaint is there were a few maintenance issues that Vacasa needs to address. I'm happy to provide them with a list if they'd like.
Overall I'd recommend the property and apart from the maintenance issues it is 5 stars.

This was a very relaxing weekend stay. The house was beautiful and cozy. The beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was fantastic! That driveway was steep and narrow for sure. My suv did fine, tho my friend's car scraped bottom. Small issue with getting in the front door but resolved quickly.

We had 10 family members with plenty of bedrooms and extra spaces to spread out. Had a great time. Walking distance from downtown shopping and restaurants, hiking and bathhouses. Spent lots of time in the game room and outside by the firepit and in the hot tub. Will always stay here when we come to town.

We went to Hot Springs to enjoy some family time. This was a perfect stay for us.

We were here for a dance competition and had 7 guests with 5 rooms. (1 room adjoining the master bedroom)
We had a couple hiccups the first day due to storms in the area the weekend before. The owner was very responsive when made aware and took care of the situation.
It’s beautifully decorated and comfortable beds.
Thank you the Elizabeth for a great stay.

Really nice property! The location was a little sketchy but never had any trouble.

This is a very beautiful and comfortable home. I couldn’t ask for more in a management company as far as communication goes! There were a few issues at check in. The hot tub was out of order and some door locks were broken. They explained these were due to previous guests that did not leave the property in good condition. Trova Rentals was very responsive and went the extra mile to be sure we were happy. It was no one’s fault that we experienced a power outage and we were happy to find out it has a generator. My family had a wonderful weekend! I hope to bring them again in the summertime and enjoy the swimming pool!😊

The house is gorgeous! Everything you need! Comfortable beds, utensils in the kitchen, washer and dryer. Location is perfect! The only thing that we had trouble with was the light on the back of the house didn't work, one propane tank was completely empty, and the hall bathroom upstairs didn't want to lock. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the place!

Driveway was very steep however there was plenty of parking on the street

We absolutely loved our stay. House was immaculate and very close to everything! Driveway is steep even for my 4 wheel drive so buck up and tote your suitcases up the stairs by the sidewalk. Check in / out was very easy. Highly recommended this property.

We loved our stay here! The home was absolutely gorgeous. The pictures don’t even do it justice. Beautiful decor, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The home is about 2 blocks from downtown Hot Springs with tons of shopping, activities, and restaurants. Highly recommend this home for your Hot Springs trip!

We had everything we needed after the hiccup with the email on checking in upon arrival. The driveway is very steep as stated but even with a four wheel drive our front end hung on the dip in the driveway, so we had to carry everything up! We had ages from 69-81 years plus myself. The ac had not been switched on downstairs but with one call it was fixed blowing good cool air. We enjoyed all this town had to offer in the short time we visited. Food around town was excellent and along the river. We enjoyed shopping, bath houses, live music and much more. We will be back in the fall …. when it’s not so hot! We loved this home and you will too. Thanks Elizabeth!
