The apartments furnished in a simple and functional way can be on the ground floor with an equipped garden or on the first floor with an equipped balcony. The apartments have a living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom.
MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID LOCALLY AT CHECK-IN:
1) FINAL CLEANING: Kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50.00.
2) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on site, compulsory for the municipality of San Teodoro, in cash. The amount varies according to the period.
3) DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer).
TO KNOW:
1) check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – check-out by 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the structure for the release of the KEY BOX code for the collection of the key; in case of failure to communicate, acceptance is not guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 may be requested.
2) It is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers.
3) The apartments are located in a residential context and the photos are explanatory.
OPTIONAL COSTS TO BE REPORTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT:
1) REORDER (excluding kitchenette): € 50.00;
2) HIGH CHAIR/PULLEY: €2.00 per day, per piece
3) FAMILY KIT (cot, bath tub, bottle warmer, stroller, high chair): €6.00 per day.
4) BEACH TOWEL: rental € 5.00 per change
5) AMERICAN COFFEE MACHINE / KETTLE: € 2.00 per day per piece
6) LINEN: bathroom linen rental € 10.00 per set (one set includes shower towel, face towel and guest towel); extra bed linen € 20.00 for double set, € 10.00 for single set.
7) TRANSFER: Olbia airport/port € 80.00 for 1/3 pax car, € 110.00 for 4/8 pax car. From 22:00 to 06:00 surcharge of 30%. Prices are per way. Supplement Golfo Aranci € 30.00 per car. Prices are per way.
9) ANIMALS ( TO BE NOTIFIED AT TIME OF RESERVATION ): allowed ( max 25kg ) excluding common areas, 30.00€ for additional cleaning.
