The property is just as advertised, and is in a great location. I particularly enjoyed its close proximity to walking trails along the river. Will be back for sure!

Enjoyed my stay. Nice location. As the space is pet friendly, be mindful of the presence of pet hair. Will consider the space should future travels include Danville

I have now stayed at 2 of this hosts apartments and they have both been great. If you know anything about downtown Danville, there is not much of a better location to be in. The apartment was spacious and clean. It sits right next to openings to the Riverwalk and a short walk from any other entertainment downtown (brewery, Carrington Pavilion, restaurants, simulator golf) and only a few minutes drive to the new casino in town.
We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back!

This apartment in an old tobacco warehouse district was a cool experience. The beds were well-appointed and comfortable. The TV was large and loaded with streaming services. The kitchen was well-stocked (with exception of a wine opener; bring your own :)) with the host even leaving K-cups to get you started. An extra set of keys for additional guests would have been convenient, but we were able to utilize the keybox outside in event of our party splitting up for the day.
Location is excellent; short walk to great restaurants and coffee shops. The Saturday farmer's market is right around the corner.
The apartment is very pet-friendly and even has an enclosed dog park on the premises.
The riverwalk behind the building was lovely as well.
Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment was adorable; loved that it was a converted warehouse. Traveling with my elderly parents and they had no problems with access. Would stay here again.

Location of property perfect! Very easy to get to VIR from property. Very spacious, loved we both had our own bathroom. Great place to come back to after 12 hour days at VIR.
Problems: Lock box for key a royal pain to get open, kind lady in 115 heard us struggling. Took 2 people to finally open. Floors in apartment were sticky, Wasn't too fond of the spiders/bugs that were in the bathroom downstairs but made concession as area so wooded.
Would I stay there again? Absolutely with problems above addressed.
Thank you for an overall great place to stay.

Everything is new-ish, fresh, and well done in a historic converted warehouse apartment building in the River District.
The apartment is a short walk from restaurants, coffee shops, and the Riverwalk recreational trail, which is accessed out of the parking lot in back of the building.
Nice big T.V. and high speed wi-fi.
Bedding is o.k. If you're really particular about your pillow, bring your own (I always do).
A note to you light sleepers: there are train tracks close to the building, and the whistle can be heard in the still of the night. Bring ear plugs if that might be a problem for you.
Great communication from the P.M. Kim.

This was a perfect place to stay for weekend at VIR. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit so there is lots of privacy. The beds were VERY comfortable! We enjoyed being able to walk downtown. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

The two-bedroom condo was a really relaxing place to stay and was close to everywhere we went to visit. So convenient to come back to and rest and to take our two little dogs for nice walks on the River Trail. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and comfort of the condo.

The apartment is in an old tobacco warehouse and the inside is very unique. 2 beds/2 full baths with exposed brick throughout. Very well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. Location of property is right along public walking trails on the rear of building. Local Restaurants are close by within walking distance to a few. Definitely will stay here again when in the Danville area.

When entering the home for the first time, my partner and I were very much impressed by the living arrangement. The rooms looked cozy and modern and were comfortable to stay in. All of the necessary accommodations one might need in a home were provided. Overall, we had a lovely stay in this unit.
