Overall good stay - host very responsive with messaging.

This property was in a great location walkable to the inner harbor and many resturants. We enjoyed having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms as well as having space for the kids staying with us. Thats something we wouldnt have in a hotel. I was also appreciative that she had a crib set up for us to use!
The only negatives were that we had issues with the air conditioner turning off pretty often and the breaker having to be re-set multiple times, although to be fair it was almost 100 degrees the entire time and the host was responsive to our issues.
The other issue for me was the carpets downstairs and the stairs themseleves were a bit dirty. We kept our shoes off as requested but the kids socks/feet were black from the floors. The house otherwise seemed clean

The steps were a little challenging and the narrow profile took a little getting used to, but overall plenty of room in the sleeping areas and 3 bathrooms made it a workable environment. I recommend a smaller table in the dining area. The initial cleaning was lacking a bit but hostess responded they would have sent the cleaner back had they known the first day. (My email apparently went somewhere else). They were responsive to our concerns once we connected and stayed on top of questions and concerns even calling to check on us when they recieved notice of a power outage from the utility company. Power was only off a few minutes. If you need lots of sleeping areas and bathrooms in a location convenient to the big attractions and Inner Harbor, this is a good choice.

Received a phone call from the owner an hour and a half before check-in to tell us property would not be ready on time. We couldn’t wait as we had plans for the evening so had to check in with cleaning crew on site. Awkward situation and the house Was not fully cleaned. House also has a bad smell. It was a very hot day and even after the AC had been on for 24 hours the coolest room in the house was 80°. Bedrooms were probably closer to 90 and sleeping was miserable. Also had to reset circuit breakers that flipped when blow dryers were being used. it was over 100° in Baltimore that day so perhaps would not have been as bad on a more temperate day but we will not be back

Fun baseball weekend, from the house it is an easy walk to Camden Yard to cheer on the O’s. Moreover, quick walk to Federal Hill’s bars and restaurants.

Great place! Responsive and accommodating host. Amenities and supplies. The long mirrors in a few rooms were also great. Lovely neighborhood, my family and I walked to the harbor and some near by restaurants.
