Moreover, the apartment is a short distance from the North Sea beach. This modern house has a spacious living area of 105 m2 and is equipped for 6 people. A perfect location for every water sports enthusiast, but also a perfect base for a relaxing holiday.
The entrance provides access to two spacious bedrooms, each with two single beds. The apartment has two spacious bathrooms, one with a bath, shower and double sink and toilet and a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. There is also a wellness area with a shower and infrared sauna. The spacious and attractively furnished living room has a flat screen television and sofa bed. Due to the many windows all around, the view from the living room and kitchen is endless. Through the patio door you have access to the lovely roof terrace with comfortable garden furniture, where you can enjoy the view until the late hours. The spacious corner kitchen is equipped with comfortable built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a microwave. There is ample parking space at the apartment.
