About this apartment rental

Welcome to Zuss & Sleep, the holiday apartment belonging to Zuss & COffee, the cozy coffee shop on the village square of Koudekerke. The Scandinavian furnished apartment has sloping roofs, which are supported by an original exposed beamed ceiling. A nice accommodation for a holiday in Zeeland. Take a long bike ride through the dune area of Dishoek, Valkenisse and Zoutelande or enjoy a snack on one of the terraces in the nearby towns of Middelburg or Vlissingen. From the French balcony you have a view of the village center. They are all moments that will stay with you! The house is on the ground floor, but can be reached via a staircase in the hall. The holiday home has a living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The front and rear of the house have large windows, allowing enough light to enter. The light colors in combination with a wooden, quiet interior create a cozy atmosphere where you immediately feel at home. In the middle part of the house you will find the kitchen. This kitchen has a dishwasher, a combination microwave, a fridge with freezer, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the front part of the house you will find the spacious bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower with glass wall. The two bedrooms are located opposite each other. In one bedroom you will find a box spring (180x200 cm), a cupboard and two bedside tables. The other bedroom has an authentic single bed (90x200 cm), a chair and a table and from this room you have a beautiful view over the village square. A high chair and a folding baby bed (60x120 cm) are also available. You can store bicycles inside in the hall. You can park your car for free on the village square. This holiday apartment is located above a catering facility in the village of Koudekerke, so a nice cup of coffee is not far away. This is a beautiful area for long walks
