Tolle Unterkunft, Einzelzimmer jedoch mit der Toilette über den Gang

Super einfache Schlüsselübergabe, Erklärung via E-Mail erhalten und sehr gut beschrieben. Parkplatz ist pro Zimmer vorhanden. Zimmer sehr neu. Einzelzimmer war etwas klein, Toilette über den Gang (aber privat) und die Zweier Zimmer sind sehr groß (Schlafzimmer und Küche mit Esstisch), diese waren zwar im Keller aber nicht dunkel, da die Fenster genug Licht reinlassen. Alles in allem sehr zufrieden.

Sauber, unkompliziert, gute Lage zur Durchreise.

Lage an der Hauptstrasse, jedoch super Fenster, haben nichts gehört vom Verkehr- top 👍🏼 Waren mit unseren 2 Kinder da für eine Nacht, hat super gepasst, hatten das Apartement zu oberst- genügend Platz und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief total einfach 👍🏼 Alles sauber und unkompliziert, wie wir es mögen! Parkplatz kostenlos neben dem Haus. Für die Durchreise sehr gerne wieder! DM, Bäckerei und Hofer (bei uns Aldi) nur ca. 200 Meter entfernt- super!

Nicht 100%ig perfekt aber absolut zufriedenstellend

Ich hatte bisher noch nie einen kontaktlosen Check-in und bin von dem Konzept total überzeugt worden. Da ich im Besitz eines österreichischen Klimatickets bin konnte ich kostenlos von Hbf Wien bis zum Hotel fahren, Bahn bis zum Bhf Feldkirch und von da bis zur Unterkunft mit dem Bus (Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür). Das Zimmer war zwar relativ klein aber für eine Einzelperson ausreichend. TV Flatscreen mit dem vollen FreeTV Programm. Großer Kühlschrank sowie Kochplatten incl, Geschirr zum Kochen sind vorhanden. Unterkunft sehr sauber. Gleich nebenan gibt es einen Hofer/Aldi zum Einkaufen.

Das Türschloss zum Wohnraum war eine einzige Katastrophe, extrem hakelig und schwergängig. Ich hatte beim Abschliessen immer Angst den Schlüssel abzubrechen. Dusche/WC war ein separater, extrem kleiner Raum auf der gegenüberliegenden Treppenhausseite. Die Dusche war im "Ostblockstyle" also keine Duschtasse sondern einfach nur ein Abfluss im Boden, das habe ich bisher nur in Unterkünften in Bulgarien oder Rumänien gesehen, unbedingt Badeschuhe oder Flip-Flops einpacken da der Boden eiskalt ist.

Alles bestens - perfekt für mich als Geschäftsreisender!

Sehr unkomplizierter Leitfaden für den Selbst Check In. Genügen kostenlose Parkplätze, Bäckerei und Lebensmittelgeschäft in unmittelbarer Fußnähe. Ca. 7 Minuten mit dem Bus (direkt vor der Haustüre) ins Zentrum. Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Alles hat funktioniert. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Komme gerne wieder!

La posizione Per il resto nulla……

Stanza nel seminterrato con due lavatrici ed una lavasciuga sempre in funzione giorno e notte di fianco alla porta d’ingresso. Le finestre filo strada invece accolgono la luce dei fari di tutte le auto che transitano di notte da una parte e dall’altra da quelle che parcheggiano di fronte con i fari accesi Impossibile dormire al buio !!!!

Brilliant transit location, modern and very well equipped flat.

Noisy due to being situated on a main road, especially if one has to keep the windows open during the night, as we had to since the weather was warm.

It was a good choice for my hiking trip.

It was cosy, practically furnished, clean and in walking distance from the train station, supermarket and the nearest forest.

Nice small apartment for one night stop during your road trip

Nice appartment hotel, very convenient for one night stop during your trip around the area. Staff very friendly and ready to help you. The instructions for the self-check-in super clear.

Maybe the fact that the bathroom is outside the room (individual, though), a bit odd to have to always carry with you the keys and lock after.

Small, but new and clean.

As mentioned in other reviews, studios are brand new, clean and well thought through. Yes, they are small, but contain everything that might be needed during short stay. I wasn't bothered by outside bathroom, since there's minimal traffic on corridor and it's not like someone is going to see you.

Some net curtains woudl be useful, so you don't have to close blinds to change.

Great place to stay, it is absolutely worth the money the only downside of it is the weird bathroom setting

Clean small studio within walking distance from Feldkirch old town and railway staiton

Very small, but very cosy studio for single travelers. I paid for a single room apartment and got room no 5. It had a single bed, tv, fast internet, small kitchen with stove, tap, kettle, plates etc. The toilet and the shower is a separate unit, but actually much better solution this way. 15 minutes walk from the railway station, The road is very busy and noisy, but my room was to the backyard, so the noise was not disturbing especially with the window closed. Good price in Austrian standard. Shops and bakery/café next door.

Good value for money, very reasonable for one night in Feldkirch

Convenient parking in front of the building, easy automatic check-in (receive a code by email prior to arrival, get room key from a lock box outside). Functional room (single room was 8-10 sq.m max), which contains everything you really need for one night plus also a small kitchen area with a fridge and cooktop. The facilities looked clean and new (or well maintained). Overall good value for money.

One obvious inconvenience was that the bathroom was located outside the bedroom, across the (public) corridor. It is private and for your room only but to reach it, you will need to exit your room and take a few steps across the common, area. The bathroom itself was tiny but functional and very clean.

Amazing place

Amazing and clean place, the room is small, but very comfortable. The price is very good for Feldkirch, very easy to get to Switzerland or Liechetsntein by bus, a lot of nice restaurants and shops nearby.
