The house is located in a very quiet area of Kennewick. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. The house is older, but has just been remodeled with all new flooring, paint, faucets, toilets, roof, and more. The back yard is quaint, its fenced and quiet with nice sized deck that comes supplied with a table and chairs and BBQ. At this time the rental is new and the back yard is still growing baby grass but the porch will be available for you to kick your feet up on those nice evenings. The house will come furnished with all furniture to include 2 living rooms, bedrooms with a dresser and closet, new linens, a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and fully stocked kitchen. This house is also close to some very special places. You are within a 2 minute drive of the famous powers winery so If you want to get a taste of some of the areas best wine, listen to some relaxing music and even join in on some of their events you can avoid main roads and hit the winery up the street. Within a mile there is also the Dugout restaurant that has good beer and decent food if you want to eat out and have as short drive home after a meal. If you are a cross fitter and enjoy getting your swole on there is also a cross fit gym with in walking distance residence but if your looking to get your weight training, on golds gym is a solid 15 minute drive. If you are looking for stores to do grocery shopping that's only about a 5 minute drive away.

Also, we have 4 units available in the home. the master suite is $1500, and the other 3 rooms are priced $1000 a month. Also, we have a package deal we can rent the entire house out as well.
