About this house rental

The Camber beach house is located right on the beach and pays homage to its fantastic sky and sea views and reflects its closeness to nature and the environment in both layout and décor. The white walls and wooden floors with seaside chic furniture giving a calm and relaxed atmosphere. This beach house comfortably accommodates 8 people with its large lounge and sun room inside as well as its patio's, veranda and gardens outside.
There are extensive shallows at low tide when power kites can often be spotted. Ideal at any time of year as the living room has a large log burner to cosy up in front of and a wide screen TV to watch a DVD after a brisk beach walk on autumn or winter days.
There is a separate games room with a partly stocked bar a pool table, hockey table and a football table for those wet days.

The beach house is a great location, it is easily walkable to local pubs and of course it is right on the beach. It is not far to walk if you want more of the sandy area rather than pebbles. The living Spaces are versatile, but as we had lovely weather, and we always take our portable gas BBQ we were outside barbecuing most of the time (there is a Charcoal BBQ there but it's a little rickety). The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and pans etc. We made use of the drinks fridge as the fridge and freezer are the smaller undercounter style. As people often expect an ensuite, it is worth noting a few of the bedrooms do have a sink in them but there are just shared toilets and showers. The showers themselves seemed intermittent in their temperature Etc. Although we didn't need to use it, it is worth noting if you want to use the bunk bedroom for your children it is very small and straight off of the kitchen. With the other 3 bedrooms being upstairs. It does feel like there are a few things around the property that could do with having a fresh look at. Overall we had a great stay here.

We know Camber Sands well and have always been keen to find a place directly accessing the beautiful beaches. This property did not disappoint. Ideally located, its a beautiful house and perfect for the family. We stayed four nights and the hosts were brilliant on communication and everything in the property was perfect for our family. We just wished we could have stayed a bit longer. Thank you Danny and Denise.

The house is located on one of the best beaches in the South East of England. It is bang on the beach and it was lovely for the the children just to walk out of the door onto the beach. Although it was mid-July we hit a bad patch of weather, but the location is such that there is lots to in the area if you have a car. We were a 3 generational party from 75 to 3 and everyone had a great time.

The property is lovely, comfy rooms and we loved the two reception rooms and the terrace. It also has a terrace on the first floor outside the bedrooms. One thing I would say, it doesn’t really sleep 8. The downstairs bedroom is through the kitchen and about the size of a cupboard. We wouldn’t put kids in there and it’s not great for adults either. It’s absolutely minute and about two feet from the cooker. Other than that we loved the house and will definitely go back.

Myself and friends stayed at this wonderful property for a long weekend. We were very lucky with the weather and spent serene mornings and evenings sat on the decking taking in the lovely views, whilst listening to the sounds of the waves. The property is away from the crowds, which was great. The property had everything we needed and more, was very comfortable with the added benefit of the games room for some evening fun. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay. From booking to check-in, the process was flawless. The house is very well equipped, comfortable and perfect for a family get together. Highly recommend- we wish we could have stayed longer.

A really cosy and pretty beach house. The beds were extremely comfortable with crisp cotton bed linen which gained top marks from all our party. The views were sublime and my son and I had a bracing early morning walk along the beach with dog walkers and horse riders, a truly relaxing and exhilarating experience. The house is well appointed and we arrived to a spotlessly clean house with a welcome pack. Information about the house arrived in good time and the booking procedure and subsequent admin all ran smoothly. I would highly recommend this house for a family holiday.

Weather was sunny for 4 of our 5 days. The area and Camber sands is new to us, Rye a very pretty town with smart boutiques. We enjoyed our stay.

This is perfect. The house and beach on which it stands makes the aches go away, troubles recede, colours brighter, air fresher and food (must not forget the welcome pack of essentials, including Champagne) much more tasty. In brief, a proper break. I need more of this - highly recommended. We have booked next year already.

The beach house is wonderful.Our family went. It consists of great nan , nan and grandad,mum and dad and grand children. Ranging from ages 83 through to 2 .everyone had a thoroughly enjoyable week. We are trying to book for next year

This was a birthday weekend getaway treat booked by my husband for me and we had family arriving from dubai to stay with us also - everyone was just blown away by the facilities, the views, the idyllic setting and the sea! The house was equipped with everything and the John Lewis towels and white company linen were a luxurious touch! Couldnt recommend highly enough. Thank you! Mr & Mrs Cogswell, London.
